Question

transfer maintenance time transfers does not work

Dear all,

In IFS9 I'm trying to transfer Maintenance Time Transactions but all lines remain in status ‘Valid’. 

The (background) job ‘Transfer Maintenance Time Transactions’ runs without error but unfortunately the status does not change from Valid into Transferred…

 The Accounting Period for the ‘Date Applied’ is ‘open’ and the overview Maintenance Postings Analysis has only Valid lines and no errors.

Does someone know how this can be solved?

Hi Martin,

You have mentioned Status Code is Valid, can you also confirm that Booking Status whether all “Authorized”?

Please add a screen shot of one example in screen Maintenance Postings Analysis and Work Order Transaction History.

Hi Martin, @eqmartib 

In order to transfer maintenance transactions following conditions should be met.

  • Postings must be authorized in Report In Work Order/Postings.
  • The debit and credit lines of the transaction must be valid.
  • Voucher types should be created with valid function groups in IFS/Accounting Rules.

Please check if all conditions are met for your transaction.

Thank you both for your feedback. It appears that the lines are not authorized yet . With your answers I can now arrange that… Problem solved! :-)
