Hi All,Time report is not coming while we are printing service report in the work started stage .Any reason why is not reflecting ?

I cancelled this assignment from MWO screen but when I am trying to delete it, it shows me this error What can be done?

It often happens that a task has to be cancelled.This results in a Follow Up. But the time already spent on the task (approach, set-up time,...) is no longer visible in the PSO Gantt because the task is rescheduled. This results in large gaps in the PSO Gantt that cause confusion. Is there a way to display the time already spent in the PSO Gantt despite the task being cancelled?

Hi team,  Can you suggest how to Specify the Monthly constraint for start of month has month end date. Like I need to Run the Schedule process Every month end at 11 pm . ThanksMuthujayashree R  

What is the correct process for adding an image to a part on SmartClient I can see there is an Image ID - where is this image stored? How would a user or admin upload/update an image of a specific part?Thanks! 

Hi Community, Is anyone aware if it is possible to exclude activities from the optimization processes based on task types? The idea is to have the activities in PSO but only allow manual scheduling. Thank you for the help!Joana Machado

Hello!We have problem with traveltime in our PSO, many resources complain aboutpso planning to short travel between jobs. I have tried to find the travel in reports but havent get reports that show the diffrence. I have also tried to get the information from the database but no success. Do anyone have any solutions for this?

In FSM, inside dispatch console, one criteria in a filter works at a time but not multiple like I used competency F3 & it filtered some resourcesWhen I use competency F5, it filters other resources but when I use both F3 & F5, it does not filter & show anything. I want to see the resources who have F3 OR F5, how can I do that?It seems Match all is affecting here as it is ticked by default 

Hi all,in FSM xml message for hierarchy_select, what is the operator equivalent to “NOT IN” of SQL query.

We are sharing 1 PSO(TST) environment between  2 IFSCLOUD (CFG1 AND UAT1) 22R2However when we connect the second environment, first environment is down and vise versa.Both CFG1 AND UAT1 should be working in parallel however currently not working due to sync.We need to disconnect first system, as system sees PSO Account ID (xxxx) is already connected and does not allow second instance.We see in machine learning configuration PSO Account ID is same for 2 IFS Cloud CFG1/UAT1. In PSO parameters OpenIdAuthority is different for CFG AND UAT.Currently we are not able to find this documentation in ifsdocs ie  connecting 2 IFS cloud instances to 1 PSO instance and would appreciate any pointers, as we are aware there is standard need and many others have similar setups.

We get this error in IFS-VM-DEL-01 environment sometimes and sometimes we don’t . 

After the PSO upgrade to 6.11 the dataset switching is not working. In the scheduling workspace if we are trying to switch the dataset from TDC01 to TDC02 or vice versa, it is giving an error "An error occurred on the server.Server error. if this recurs please consult your administrator. (code 1)".

How can we enable climbing in WFM-IFS?

HiI got this error while creating misc resource allocation via MWO for self. I am using 22.2.4 version. Any idea? 

Are there any instruction documents released by IFS for FSM app environment cloning? That includes best practices, steps, tips if DB is larger etc. And Is there possibility to only copy all configurations and anonymize sensitive data (i.e to be in compliant with GDPR act). 

Hello Team, we need to do one modification inside the PSO, Division column need to be removed from Teams menu inside the PSO. As you can see the highlighted view in below screen shot.Please let me know the steps if we can remove the division column inside the PSO. it will be helpful. Thanks,Shalu

​Hello , I am creating a task with an Address and a Place through Postman using FSM REST API.Doing so, I am sending the coordinates of the address in the request which I want to be used in the address at the moment of the creation of the TASK. However I have found that those coordinates are overwritten when creating the address in FSM. They are changed by  BING , which is acting as a GeoSource in FSM. Is there a param that would allow/Disallow this overwrite by Bing in FSM? The idea is to use the coordinates that they sent through integration and not the ones from Bing.I have found that there is an app param called USE_BNG_ADDRESS, which  does not work also. Further

Is there an equivalent to ‘Start Replications’ in FSM6 (on Sync Rules screen)? We are seeing active rules however the ‘Last run’ field does not seem to update on the schedule I would expected 

Hi experts One of our customer needs to display the refresh date and time in the dashboard( overview screen ).As you can see the image below customer needs to have only one entry that shows refresh rate and time rather than showing in each and every rows Can you please provide me some support to achieve this ?Thanks and Regards Shobana 

In FSM, in dispatch console, I see multiple entries of a resource, does anyone know why is this?  

We are using /PerformLogin api from FSM6ODataRESTAPIs in another app’s backend (not FSM Mobile), to retrieve the token. Can we pass this token as a parameter to /performLoginSSO api to retrieve the session token?Later we will pass these tokens to FSM Mobile through Intent, will FSM Mobile be able to use these tokens and proceed without login?

Getting initialization error -- "The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:57.9374805. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout."

Where can I find more information about this Exception? I believe it is causing unwarted removal / exclusion from PSOIt is appearing on tasks which should remain in PSO, they were scheduled via Book Appointment  

I created a task & trying to assign to a resource directly from work task screen (not from dispatch console), then it allows me to change the allocated finish date irrespective of the allocated hrsbut when I assign this task from dispatch console, I cant change the allocated finish. It populates the date based on duration.What is the reason? I actually want to use dispatch for assignments but need flexibility to change the allocated end date with the same hrs.

Hello Community,  I have been working in a integration with a third party system and I am sending an outgoing message from FSM using the XML maps functionality using the Task Table as Primary Table.  On that outgoing message, I am getting a respose from the third party system with a tag saying if the message is OK or KO. Based on this asnwer I should update the task entity accordingly to save this value and do some follow up action (managing an error basically).  However, I have seen that after I send the outgoing message I cannot link it back to the TASK that I am suppose to save it on. Is there a way of knowing which task corresponds to the outgoing message I have just sent ? Or must we request the external third party system to save the task_id and send us as a response on this ?Best Regards.
