What are the steps which needs to be followed for the FSM PSO handshaking(sync between both the application) after initial installation?

Hi,Here is my travel cost model configuration. I am trying to achieve a scenario where the DSE will schedule as follows:On an empty shift, activities can be scheduled within a hour hour radius from start location - therefore offering a wider range for where activities can be scheduled.Where a pre-existing activity exists on a shift, limit travel to 1 hour from that activity to the one being scheduled.Should the configuration I have in place achieve the above?No max shift travel is required.thanks.

hiI marked a task as complete from MWO & then manager filled hrs against it from cloud browser screen. Even after sync, that does not show up on MWO.  

Hi there, We have a scenario where contractors may call the Service Centre and report back the progress of a particular job. To ensure standardisation of questions and responses I wanted to use a Survey within the Smart Client. I have Surveys working fine on a  Mobile Tablet but when we click the Survey button on the Survey Tab an error is returned “No survey matching this request could be found.”I have ensure that I have a Survey set with “Call Center” as the Catagory in the defined survey itself and that the App Param (Request_Survey_Catagory) also has a value of “Call Center”.. What am I missing in order for a Service Desk Operator to be able to complete a Survey via the Smart Client?

We want to rename time type but using page designer we are not able to find the any the field . path is  Service->Work Management->Preparation and Planning->Work Task ->report time using those three dots  

HiWhen creating a text element on the lobby, I see a different between smart client and webclient behavior for line breaks. Is there anyway to solve this for the webclient so the line breaks appear? Also, is there anyway to use a message translation for the text within the element?

Hello,  we’re in the middle of our deployment of PSO for our business which has two distinct operations: one is basically a logistics business: delivering water to customers with lead times of several days.  The other is a more conventional “service” business with technicians installing, servicing and repairing machines.  However, even with the service business we generally work to 5+ days SLAs and so there is very little work of a truly dynamic nature.  We’re finding that the continuous optimisation of PSO a bit difficult to work with - the concept is clear - that it’s continually trying to beat its previous schedule.  But if we’d rather run it in a “batch optimise” mode - effectively load the latest day’s work and press the “schedule” button is this possible?  This may be a preferential model for our go-live and gradually move up to the continual optimisation. For info, we’re running Apps 9 (soon to upgrade to Apps 10) with PSO using the standard IFS interface 

Hi all,when configuring PSO ARP to send to a webservice I cannot see the WebServiceUsername and the WebServicePassword in the POST.I used webhook to perform this test, it’s not in the body or the header.. has anyone got this to show before?In the Scheduling Broadcast this shows in the header, not the same for the ARP broadcast apparently.Many thanks, 

We have 1 user who does not have the Regions tab in the manage filters menu in PSO.What might cause this?  (Here is the view all other users have:)Also, is the ability to Import a Filter a permission? I cannot find it in the list. Ours are greyed out.

Hi guys, I have an issue with Mobile Syncing. This is for the IFS mobile App Version: 6.18.8173.7168 When I reinitialize, the ‘All’ Filter that normally shows all jobs, will become blank. When I reinitialize again, everything shows up as per normal. Also, in the ‘Team Task’ filter, it is not updating immediately when a task is created and assigned to a team. It requires to reselect the team and save to “refresh” the sync? Will a refresh client script in Job List screen work? If you add large notes sometimes you are able to read more then 500-800 characters but there are moments if you add 100 characters and are visible only 90-95.

How does IFS calculate travel time and how is travel time shown in GANTT? 

Hi Community, While creating request manually I am getting error as FSM exception, please find below screenshot for the error details. From inbound integration request is getting created and from xml poster also through insert code request creation is happening , only for manual request creation facing issue . I could see in the error detail, insert is_initialized is false, I changed to true then executed xml through XML poster request is created. Please help me resolve this issue. When we are editing existing calendar exception then it’s not reaching in PSO and Normal addition is working fine .Is there any specific configuration to send information in PSO for OLD calendars.

Hi Team,The “Post to Invoice” button on the Voucher is by default generating invoice with grouping according to place & resulting in Single Invoice for multiple Vouchers.After investigation, we identified & updated the client script for considering the INVOICE RUN ID in the Billing Consolidation Rule, which resulted in multiple invoices aligning to multiple vouchers, but was generating for all the Vouchers under the Voucher Run ID. Whereas the expectation was that it would generate only for current INVOICE.to address the same issuewe tried to use the VOUCHER Status, set the VOUCHER status to HOLD & it would be considered for INVOICE : Didn’t work Tried using the Consolidation Rule to have a status filter getting the below error Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated

Can we decide in WFM-IFS between Time-to-site and Time-to-resolve for defining SLA? per Customer? per WOType?

I would like to know, if it is possible to fill the pre-posting in service request automatically with fixed values due to the user, who creates the service request.
