HI!How should we configure broadcast (ARP or scheduling) to return values to a file on disk?I followed the documentation and the only thing I got was that the system returned this error: INVALID_CLOUD_BROADCAST_TYPE and the explanation of this error is as follows: The data contains a broadcast that is not supported in the cloud. PSO Standalone Thanks for help!

In IFS Cloud, which screen I can check the task or work assignment is allocated by the first plan generated by PSO and Not a manual allocation?

Is there a way to set up the Dispatch Console, in Cloud, so that it will show the persons availability and scheduled time off on the board?

We have a single user who is getting an error every time he tries to print any client report.  The error details say the report contains hyper links but the EnableHyperLinks property has not been set for this report.  We have hundreds of other users printing the exact same reports without receiving this error.I’d rather figure out what’s causing this issue for him instead of having to edit every single client report.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

With which entity or attribute can we set that the resource went back to the starting position from its last activity? When traveling to an activity, it is enough to change the status of the activity, but what should I send to tell the system that it has started the last trip to the starting position?PSO Standalone

We are using FSM and PSO. We have technicians working out of fixed bases throughout the USA. Normally they will work within their base “division” (an address with lat/long set up in FSM and passed to PSO) area, however some are flex techs and need to work at surrounding bases from time to time.Currently every base has an equivalent Division set up in PSO. The questions are:How does PSO figure/configure the scheduling area for a Division?What is the difference between a Division and a Region, in PSO terms. We have included the FSM baseline column Region in Address records in FSM, but are not using it yet for PSO.Since travel by techs can sometimes be long distances, we have null values for MaxTravel for each Resource in PSO, and thought that setting up Regions and using the OOR would help us limit who goes where? Currently all techs (hundreds) have Divisions assigned (base location). As some techs work heavily in city areas around a base, and other parts of the country the techs travel

in FSM Update 11 Release Notes:The FSMPSO Integration has been enhanced to allow private activities (work calendar exceptions) to be imported to FSM from PSO. Users will now be able to maintain work calendar exceptions in either FSM or PSO and have full visibility of this data in both systems. This enhancement requires PSO 6 Update 7 or greater in addition to FSM 6 Update 11 However, we are not seeing this occur. Is there some additional setup required?

How IFS PSO works with base value of activities which are split into more visits? Does each visit have its own portion of base value based on the duration of the visit from the total amount of base value we've assigned to activity or visits start with the exact same amount of base value we've sent with activity?For example scenario 1:Actvity with 12000 base value and duration 12 hours is split into 6 visits, each visit has base value 2000 and duration 2 hours.For example scenario 2:Actvity with 12000 base value and duration 12 hours is split into 6 visits, each visit has base value 12000 and duration 2 hours.Can anyone please clarify which scearios is DSE in IFS PSO using? 

 Is it possible to remove unused timezones or sort them in anyway?  

Hello, looking to understand the differences between the Person Competencies and Employee Competencies. We have imported data to the PERS_COMPETENCY_PROFILE  view and the data seems to be the exact same other then that there are few differences in column.Is there a benefit to focus one over the other?

HI,In PSO i have added Resources shift for resources, after adding shift to resources , Resources are not getting visible in Resources Work space & Shift rota is also not getting displayed. Is there any MPM need to create in FSM to get the Rota updated & getting displayed. Regards,Shiyaz

Hi,we would like to use the Evergreen-function in the contracts in FSM6.Does aanybody know about ths function? We tried a little in our Testsystem but we are not sure about the cancellation of evergreen-contracts. Do we have to remove the ervergreen flag or is ther another option when cancel those contracts?Unfortunately there is no documentation about this topic,Thanks for sharing your experience.Benjamin

Hi All, Substition variable like #Today# doesn’t convert to a database value if passed to navigation parameter in web client, For instance I have a counter element which can navigate to Task Screen.Navigation search criteria is “task.plan_start_dttm >$date$ and #Today# is passed to the variable. However substituion variable conversion is not happening in web client and causing errors.(#today# is not converted to ‘today’) whereas the same navigation is working fine in smart client (#today# is converted to ‘today’) Does web client lobby has a different substition variables ? Or is this a bug in FSM 6.25 ?

We have engineers using Service Quotations and they will attach documents / photos to the Service Quotation via MWO.The Attachments can be seen on MWO but when the Quote is returned to IFS we cannot find the attachments.There is no Failed Transaction, the MWO Device is fully synced and showing ‘Idle’ so we cannot work out where they have gone.Thanks in advance :-)
