FSM Time Zone Issues

Hello All,

Can you please advise what sets a user’s time zone in FSM? From what I have seen, it should be in local time.  One of my users for the IFS - FSM application  who is in the Pacific time zone seems to be reverting to Eastern time, but other FSM users at the Pacific branch have theirs showing in Pacific time.

Any thoughts or insight/assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

    Hi, is the time in question the time that is showing up in fields like modified dttm?

    @mbatasi ,

    Well, where are they saying they are getting the wrong time shown. Is the user setup with a works from place? if they are what is the time zone for that place?
