During our physical inventory we run we a count report and work to count the pieces in the warehouse and transcribe that information into the count per count report screen of IFS.Frequently we find there are parts on the shelf in a location that do not exist on the count sheet.Since we do not physically relocate any product during PIOur process is to then manually add the parts into IFS using the Count per Inventory Part, one part to one location at a time.This is quite manual and slow. Does anyone have a more sophisticated way to add these into the count sheets?External file loads or a different screen? 

We have a supplier with whom we have a contract to keep a qty of their product on hand (consigned) and upon consumption we notify them for replenishment.  They then Invoice us for the consumed product.  This all works great in IFS, as the consumption decreases from the receipt (original shipment of their consigned product) upon invoicing. However, we would like the ability to actually see the consumption (number/id?) that is decreasing the receipt.  This will be helpful to see this when linking to the invoice.  IFS is decreasing the receipt, so it is using the consumption transaction.  I’m hoping it is there somewhere, but we just do not know where it is located.  Thank you

Does anybody know how to log acknowledgement of a payment proposals? Our auditor raised the absence of it as a finding. Switching on history logging is the obvious answer but if this is needed for compliance it would have to be in the standard. Are we missing something?

Dear All,How can you match a customer payment that's give in a CAMT.053 file when no Bank account is given? A customer of mine received a CAMT.053 that contains a customer payment See below. We went live with IFS in October 2025. in Consolidation, we are running the Balance Transfer Assistant to roll the internal reporting entities into consolidation. We are using Business Reporter to get a P&L. We noticed that for November the consolidation is combining October and November together when we run the Balance Transfer Assistant. We just want it to transfer November, since October has already been transferred that month. Is there a reason it is doing this?

Does anyone use any type of performance tracking dashboard for supplier invoices.  Idea would be to show number of invoices in query, breakdown by various sites/suppliers/queries etc and show trends over recent weeks and month on number and clearing times?

Hi All, Do we need to have a Supplier with the Company ID to receive the invoice from the supplying side?I tried to implement this, and now I have an error in the In Message Lines window.ORA-20110: IdentityPayInfo.IDENTITYPAYEXIST: Supplier XXXX(Supply Company) does not exist in the company XXXX(Demand Company) in the Payment module.Thank you.Kind Regards,-Kavinda Jayaratne 

We have the following PO which we are trying to invoice, with 2 part lines and one charge line.    When we enter a supplier invoice for it, no matching occurs and we are not sure why.  I would greatly appreciate any thoughts on what the issue could be or any suggestions on how to resolve.   

Hi AllWhen i create an expense sheet and connect it with a project, IFS creates me a PRJC1 and PRJC2 posting additionally. It actually makes no scense to do this. The posting Control for expenses allready creating cost postings. How do i prevent IFS from creating Project Transactions for expenses?

In IFS, each HSN code is linked to a single HSN Group. Because of this structure, it is unclear how to handle cases where the same HSN code requires multiple GST rates (Example: multiple suppliers issue invoices with the same HSN code but apply different GST rates). Creating duplicate HSN codes for each GST rate is not aligned with standard compliance practice, as HSN codes are classification identifiers and should remain unique.Guidance is requested on the recommended approach to manage this scenario within IFS.

At present, when Use Code String Completion is enabled, the system applies the predefined code string completion rules in sequence and overrides any conflicting values provided in the external file. Hello, We have just upgraded to Cloud 25R1. In 25R1 we started receiving this error message when matching PO Receipts on Manual Supplier Invoice (using either Match PO Receipts or Match PO Receipts per Line). There are no rentals on the PO, we don’t use Rental  and we did not have this error in the previous releases. The Supplier Invoice is in Preliminary state.Has anyone had anything similar? Or can anyone suggest a reason why the system is trying to use this Posting Control.All suggestions are very much appreciated!!Error Message 

Hi Community.What are the capabilities of IFS Cloud for financial consolidation over multiple business entities with different end year dates.The customer has multiple business entities. These entities have different yearly end dates. One is following 31st of December, but others have a change e. g. 31st of October.What is the capability of IFS Cloud in this case and what will come with what release? Thanks in advance and have a great week :).

It looks like I cannot see the highlighted option in our APPS10 instance. Any special security settings required? 

We have a check which was cashed in July which we then set back to printed status and now want to void it.  This is what I see  But when I click Void Check I get the message below:   This is quite strange because the option to void is there and normally it would (or should) give you the ability to enter the voucher date.  I would really appreciate any guidance on this. 

I am attempting to upload a budget period using the external file assistant and a template that has been provided.  When clicking finish I get an error stating the load file “contains rows with state Unpack error” -  Error Received after clicking “Finish” Below is a screenshot of the file I am attempting to upload -    When I go and view the external file transaction for the failed load, I see that row 1 is the source of the unpack error.  Specifically, it states “Invalid value format or invalid Decimal Symbol in the Loaded File.” -  

When an external voucher is uploaded with negative debit and credit amounts while Use Correction Rows is not enabled, the system currently treats these negative values as standard debit and credit entries. Since no validation error is raised, users may incorrectly assume that the voucher has been posted successfully.As an enhancement, the system should ideally interpret: a negative debit as a credit, and a negative credit as a debit. If adjusting this behavior within the core functionality is not feasible, the system should at minimum trigger a validation error during the Check/Create process. This would prevent the creation of incorrect vouchers and ensure users are clearly informed about invalid debit/credit combinations.

Hi Community,We are currently using IFS Apps 10 in Turkey.Our current process for Supplier Payments involves creating the payment proposal within IFS, but we utilize a third-party external application to generate the actual payment instruction files (bank payment orders) to send to Türk banks. This is mainly due to the specific file format requirements of local banks.We are looking to eliminate this external middleware and manage the entire Payment Order generation process directly within IFS10.My questions are: Is it feasible to handle Türk bank payment formats (e.g., local XML or specific text formats) using standard IFS Payment Formats (such as ISO20022 or generic templates)? Has anyone successfully implemented direct bank integration for Turkey without an external tool? Which standard "Payment Format ID" is recommended as a base to configure for Turkish banking requirements?
