We have an intercompany setup, meaning we enter all customer orders in 1 site (principal) for the external customer and order the parts from our internal supplying sites (intercompany sites) with supply code “Int Purch Dir”.As we use the Supply Chain Matrix for customer, we populate different external transport leadtime onto the customer order line, because depending on the customer’s location we have different transport times from each internal site.Pain point: When we release a customer order it passes down the external transport leadtime from the order lines to the order lines on the internal customer order.Is there any way to prevent that?

Hello,My customer has this error message when he tries to issue a reserved material line : “ The quantity reserved for part XXX on site XXX at location XXX should not be negative.” Thanks for your help. 

Dear community,  we have IFS Cloud and what we want to do, before GO-LIVE date, is to print the labels for all the materials to mark them with IFS codes accordingly.  This we can do only once the goods are admitted into the warehouse (within the test environment). Is there any way to print the labels for the materials without having to stock it in? There are instances (mainly seen in the Mining Industry) where the products selected from the punchout catalogues are in IFS as inventory purchased parts with supplier part numbers defined in the Supplier for Purchase Part records. Once the PR is converted to PO and the goods are receipted, they need to be put away into inventory. In these cases, the PO receipts are not considered as just expense but as inventory value. In our Apps 10 environment we use MS Level 1 to enter the Master Schedule Forecast.   We have the site manufacturing calendar set up for a 5-day work week starting on a Monday and ending on a Friday.  We are able to enter a forecast date of a Saturday but not a Sunday.  Why are we able to enter a forecast date of a Saturday when Saturday is not a workday?  We also have an exception ID for our holiday days.  We are also able to enter to enter a forecast date on a holiday day, why?   The example below has allowed a forecast date of 7/1/2023, which is a Saturday.  It also allowed a forecast date of 9/1/2023, which is on the holiday exception as a non-workday.

When I use the milestone/staged payment, my invoices doesn’t shows up in “Invoiced Purchase Orders”. My order P8933 is using Milestones and these lines are matched with the supplier invoices. As seen below lines are in state “Invoiced”:But when looking in “Invoiced Purchase Orders”, this order will not show up. Only orders which I have matched using a receipt/arrival are there. The PO is received and closed. Am I doing something wrong? 

We have an order with a single order line with a quantity of 1.  This item is a large metal frame building and will take at least 3 50 FT flatbed trailers to ship.  What is the best way to do multiple shipments against this single line?  I’ve looked into handling units (50 FT trailer) and adding 3 of those to the shipment but I’m not crazy about splitting the line in to .333 of each to add an equal amount to each handling unit.  Wondering if there is a better way to handle this scenario.

Hi,When creating a Sales Quotation and adding Quotation Addresses, the behavior initially works as expected:The address from Quotation Addresses is automatically propagated to all quotation lines. At the same time, Delivery Information (including Freight Map / Freight Zone and freight price list–related details) is updated correctly on both: the quotation header and the quotation lines. I am reporting a significant logic gap in how IFS Cloud handles date calculations for pegged Shop Orders. Currently, when a Shop Order finishes early, the Planned Ship Date on the Customer Order line pulls forward based on production availability, but the Planned Delivery Date remains static.The Logic Flaw: IFS currently treats the Planned Ship Date as the "earliest possible" date rather than the "required" date based on Planned Delivery. This creates a logical paradox in the system.Example Scenario: Customer Requirement: Planned Delivery is Day 25 with a 2-day transit (DLT). The Planned Ship Date should be Day 23. Hello,I would like to ask somebody for answers regarding using of INVENTORY TURNOVER RATE and CREATE REPORT FOR SLOW MOVING INVENTORY PARTS.I’ve tried to make some cases in IFS CLOUD, but I’m not sure that I got correct results. I’m not sure, how this turnover is calculated. Issue:  Customer order exists with a customer order line containing Customer Owned material.  We need to charge the customer for a repair cost on this material, but due to the part being listed as “Customer Owned”, we are unable to do so. Is this a situation that any of you have faced, and if so, what types of solutions might there be for this type of scenario?

Hi, We would like to set up Punchout integration in IFS cloud 25R1 for one of the supplier.  We have got the Punchout URL and Secret but I am not sure about the other details.   Could someone help in understanding what values it should have and how to fetch them.  We would like to use the cXML,  what is  “Domain” , “Identity”, “Sender Domain”, “Sender Identity” ?   what is this “use Mac” ? should we enalble that or skip ?  I would like to have a more simple set up.  What would be the client ID and domain name given here under basic data for punchout ?  Is the client here same as the “Identity” from add supplier puchout set up ?    Is the client ID nothing but a user ID in IFS ?    I would really appreaciate if you could help. Thanks!     

Is there a way that I can setup an item to be sold in certain increments?For example 5 pcs, 10 pcs, 15 pcs, 20 pcs and so on.

In the Customer screen under “Sales → Sales” you can select a default order type for that customer.I want to change it now to a different order type. After changing it, it still fetches the old one when I open a new customer order.Is this a bug? Or is there a field that overrules the order type from the customer screen?  

When setting up certain customer as priority, this can be shown for logistics team while planning for delivery plan, how can this priority be reflected in production or shop orders in production so that manufacturing team deal with these orders as priority?

We are using the IFS demand planning model for quite sometime, currently using the Cloud client,We noticed that the system  takes the "Adjusted Demand" values to predict the "System Forecast" , want to know if I could use only the "Demand"(actual demand)  to calculate the "System forecast"?
