Hi @mihiru141

You can undo a delivery made from a customer order, shipment or consolidated shipment. This is not possible when an invoice is created.

Best regards,

Harsha

If Customer Order flow then until invoice is created

If Shipment then definitely until Invoice but you would have to check if you can reopen a Shipment after it is closed. You won’t be able to invoice until the Shipment is closed, which is an additional stage available as part of the Shipment flow.

Hi @mihiru141 ,

Agreeing with above responses. Adding to that, you may refer below IFS documentation link for a comprehensive understanding on Undo Delivery.

It describes the prerequisites needed for Undo Delivery (in all three scenarios, Customer Order, Shipment, and Consolidated Shipment) and system effects arising from it.

https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/24r2/Shipment/ActivityUndoCODelivery.htm?StandAlone=true
