How can we enter a Sales Quotation line as optional for Customer? Optional line items shall not contribute to quote totals, but printed on Sales Quotation with qty and price  

In IFS a sales quotation is created for a customer. This customer approves the sales quotation by sending a customer order via EDI.Is there a possibility in the incoming customer order that automatically recognizes that a sales quotation in status ‘Released’ exists for this customer / part no combination? Ideally we would connect the sales quotation line to the customer order line by choice.Anyone seen this requirement before?

Hello colleagues, this new Quick CO Registration is great!Have you figured out how and why the default email from the customer basic data (Address/Sales Address Information/Customer Contact) does not populate here? It needs to be manually entered and would be cool to have it appear here automatically:  I have the default email saved in the customer basic data with the correct address ID. Hi,Help needed please! I have raised a credit note for a customer and wanted to charge them an uplift fee. Instead of it taking the fee off the credit note it has given it to them on top of the credit. I now know that I have to put a minus figure in the charges in order to take it from the customer.I obviously need to correct this so what is the procedure for cancelling a credit note and re-raising it correctly? Thanks

Hi We are migrating huge amount och customer data (28000 customers) in IFS10 UPD6 usend FNDMIG and that process is taking huge amount of time. It seems that “Duplicate Check” process is the problem and since we don’t need that check (data is already checked for duplicated) we wants to deactivate that (duplicate check). Is that possible?I unchecked “Active” flag on “Duplicate Check Action Setup” and “Duplicate Check Rule” but that has no effect (duplicate check is still preformed). Neno Solaja

Hello,I am trying to have every pick list that appears in the ‘Create Pick List for Customer Orders’ page get automatically created. We have the shipment types set up properly so whenever we create a pick list from that page, they come out properly. What i want to do, is to automatically print those. I have a schedule set up so that every 2 minutes, it runs the “Create Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders” database task. This gets almost all of the Pick Lists for Customer Orders created, but the ones with the Supply code of “Purch Ord Trans” do not get printed. They appear on that page, but for some reason, the task does not create those. How do I fix this? We use Consolidated Pick Lists for Customer Orders, but we are requested to create pick lists for all items on that “Create Pick list for Customer Orders” PageHere is the database task I have set up

Hi All, Does anyone know what the ‘Main Representative’ does in the Customer record in Cloud?I was expecting this to become the default main rep in all leads/business opportunities/sales quotations/customer orders for this specific customer.Instead, the default is always the person creating it and not the person set as Main Representative in the CRM Info of the customer. I am not sure what this does as it seems to have no impact whatsoever. Thanks in advance for any help on this. 

Hi All,Screen name: Procurement> Receipt> Register Arrivals I have created a custom field in ‘Register Arrivals’ screen.custom field name is ‘Gate Entry Number’, which is a persistent field.when I enter data in ‘Gate Entry Number’, I’m not able to save record.I tried with other fields also in the same screen. but not able to save.Issue is ‘Saving’ button is not getting enabled, when I enter data.issue is in IFS apps 10.How to solve this issue, please help.Thanks in advance.Best Regards,Hari

In Apps 9 Is it possible for multiple users to report ‘Qty Counted’ on a ‘Count per Count Report’ at the same time?

Would like the ability to align the data in a column field.  Message Line" is very distracting on our screen because its alignment is to the right and everything else is aligned to the left. I'm not sure if there is a reason and if this is something I can edit under my "Properties" options, but I don't see anything.   

Hello, around 2 weeks ago my companies users started experiencing an issue we never ran into prior. All the way down at the end of the columns there is a “Location No” column. We’ve never touched this before and had no issues prior. Recently when we go to a new line it runs an error of “To Location No” not filled. We have to manually type 0 to bypass it which is incredibly annoying for our users to do on every single line. What could the cause of this be? Thanks. PS we’re on apps10.

Our entire business is set up as one inventory part set to Cost Per Configuration.  Over the years, we now have 50,000+ configurations IDs on that one inventory part.  How can I calculate and save standard cost?  I know I can do it one-by-one using Interim Orders or Shop Orders, but I need a systemic solution for all 50,000.  I’m looking for something similar to ‘All Parts Cost Calculation’.  Any help would be appreciated!

Is there any functionality to automatically generate a Customer Quotation in a supply site from a Request for Quotation in the receiving site?

We are currently using App9, update 16 and allow Condition Code and we utilize both Lot/Batch Tracking and Serial Tracking.  I would like to investigate time savings associated with not serial tracking in Inventory.In our environment “Condition Codes cannot be used on a serial tracked part unless it is serial tracked in Inventory.”  Is this relationship changed in the Cloud upgrade such that Condition Code can be utilized while limiting Serial Tracking to “At Receipt and Issue” and “After Delivery Serial Tracking”? Thank you.

Hello,Does the Shipment Pro Forma Invoice Operational report in IFS Cloud use currency? I’m seeing a currency value print out in the built-in IFS form, but no data is actually populating, only “USD”. I did a quick report SQL query to check that view and I’m not seeing any currency data populate in there either. A Shipment Pro Forma Invoice should have currency and totals, so I’m assuming there’s something I’m missing when building these or configuring these. The items have prices attached to them everywhere else except in this report.Any help or insight would be appreciatedThanks,Bryan
