In India it is mandatory to have a delivery note when sending goods on roads. So I try to create a transport delivery note and got the below error.
How can I get this set up ?
P.S. Site 2000/Company 20 has Indian localization installed.

You would need to add the ‘Transport Delivery Note’ functionality in the Localization Control Center of your company, but this is currently only available for Localization in following countries: Hungary, Italy, Portugal and Turkey:
If this is a legal requirement for your country, you can request RnD to add this standard functionality to your localization control center for India.
