Hello,
I would like to email or message a customer during certain things. I see this Message Groups section that I would like to have enabled for Business Opportunities and Sales Quotations. I’d like to send out follow up emails 7, 5, and 3 days before the expiration date, and then one once the Sales Quotation has expired. How do I do this? Workflows need to be triggered by projection actions or event actions, and events, to my knowledge, cannot be triggered based off of values of the fields it’s observing, only that once the field has been changes, it gets triggered.
Does anyone know how I go about doing this?
