We make use of Customer Agreements, and each agreement can have a lot of part lines, with many different valid dates.
Is anyone aware of a way we can configure a base profile or user profile to have the radio button set to “View with Valid Date” (which defaults to today’s date) set as the default when a user opens the Customer Agreement screen and searches:
rather than the radio button defaulting to View All?
The reason for wanting this is that it’s most common for our users to want to see todays agreements, not the full history per part / date.
We are on IFS10 UPD18, and currently using EE.
I’ve tried everything I can think so not sure if it’s a bit of knowledge I don't’ know, or just not possible?
