Hello,I am looking into reporting for IFS Cloud. I have been through both operational and quick reports, but I was wondering if there is any other reporting we could try. We currently utilize lobbies and would like to have reports linked into lobbies, but with how straining quick reports are, and how limiting operational reports are, we were wondering if there is something a little more “user friendly” available.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hello,For the Order Confirmations for Customer Orders, the Fixed Freight amounts don’t appear on these forms. I have them accessible on Invoices but not on Confirmation of Customer Orders. The Delivery Term for fixed freight has the calculate freight charge set to yes, and the collect freight charge also set to yes. How do I get these to appear on this form? I’ve gone through the view via a quick sql report and there were no records of the fixed freight amount.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan​​​​​​

On IFSApps9 We are trying to deliver an order line, but receiving the error Negative Amounts are not allowed. Our order does not have negative amounts. It’s a zero dollar order.2 order lines1 Qty 17, Net Amount/Base: 29817.65 2 Qty 2, Net Amount/Base: 34002 charge lines-29,817.65 - Invoiced -3400 - connected to Line 2, Del No. 1When trying to Deliver with Differences, we are receiving the error: Negative Amounts are not Allowed. Anyone able to provide me with where to look to find the negative amounts? Please help me find what we are missing.There are no discounts on any lines Line  does have a Staged Billing, but line 2 doesn’tTotal Gross incl Chrg/Curr:  0.00 We tried lowering the charge amount by 1 dollar - same error. 

How do we make the text box Find Page bigger in IFS Cloud ? We are using 22R2 version of IFS Cloud.  Any help would be highly appreciated 

Is there a way to have customer orders reserve from a specific location? Example:  site=123 has inventory locations -  walmart, REI, Amazon, Gander Mountain  When walmart customer enters an order we want the system to automatically reserve from walmart location. 

We have a Work Time Calendar in place for our Company Holidays and work schedule which is 4x10 hour days with every Friday off.  Can we implement another Work Time Calendar to be used for DME Component we are looking to utilize?  This new calendar would include Federal Holidays which are NOT recognized by our company.  I have not found any documentation about Work Time Calendars in the IFS Applications 9 Technical Documentation nor in the Community.

Hello All, In IFS Apps 10 IEE, we can close multiple business opportunities, but in Aurena it looks like that functionality was removed. I cheeked IFS Cloud, and I don’t see a solution in there either. Has anyone found a work around or solution? Maybe I’m missing something. Let me know - thanks for the look! IFS Apps 10 IEESingle line close in IFS 10 Aurena Selecting multiple lines and not having the close option  

Hi,I would like to have any input from exeriance to solve this gap in App 10We have a business scenario where a unit is sold to the customer (either configured part or standard part).As a complement in this sales scenario a service offer shall be created according to customer requierments and prefeered scope, also related to location where the unit is installed.This had been easy to solve if the configure to order solution was enabled for non-inventory sales part the configure to order solution.Anybody who made a customization and opened up this possibility or see any big risks in this.The scope for configured service would be Sales Quotation, /customer order and sales rule. No sourcing or automaticull convert service configuration to a service contract Other solutions are alos of interest //A

Hi,Does anyone know how to auto generate a time phased safety stock plan via IPR ?I’ve set up all basic data in terms of IRP (all planning policies, models, classification etc). Server is up and running as well. My question is for inventory parts planned by planning method A, how to generate records for Time Phased safety stock ?I followed the drill until the Batch job ‘ Refresh IPR Data’ no result in Time Phased safety Stock.  What am I missing ? RegardsYashodha

When using the CRM Panel we regularly get ‘Insufficient Privileges’ errors when trying to create new opportunities. The same user can complete the action for the same account in Aurena and can sometimes complete it in the CRM Panel but once the error has set in it seems to be stuck. RmPanelHandling & RmPanelFieldConfigHandling have been granted and CRM Access Filters are currently off. I’m not sure what other privileges could be missing. Has anyone experienced similar and can anybody shed any light on this? We are considering changing our part number scheme.  This, obviously has huge consequences as we would lose all history, reporting would have issues etc.  Has anyone ever needed to do this or found a good solution? 

Eevn though there are connected business opportunity and business acitivites for this saved account/customer, Data is not shown show saved customers in CRM panel  When customer name is clicked in outlook it tries to show but then again dissapear. 

Newly delivered layout is not working when preview.   

How can we enter a Sales Quotation line as optional for Customer? Optional line items shall not contribute to quote totals, but printed on Sales Quotation with qty and price  

In IFS a sales quotation is created for a customer. This customer approves the sales quotation by sending a customer order via EDI.Is there a possibility in the incoming customer order that automatically recognizes that a sales quotation in status ‘Released’ exists for this customer / part no combination? Ideally we would connect the sales quotation line to the customer order line by choice.Anyone seen this requirement before?

Hello colleagues, this new Quick CO Registration is great!Have you figured out how and why the default email from the customer basic data (Address/Sales Address Information/Customer Contact) does not populate here? It needs to be manually entered and would be cool to have it appear here automatically:  I have the default email saved in the customer basic data with the correct address ID. Hi,Help needed please! I have raised a credit note for a customer and wanted to charge them an uplift fee. Instead of it taking the fee off the credit note it has given it to them on top of the credit. I now know that I have to put a minus figure in the charges in order to take it from the customer.I obviously need to correct this so what is the procedure for cancelling a credit note and re-raising it correctly? Thanks

Hi We are migrating huge amount och customer data (28000 customers) in IFS10 UPD6 usend FNDMIG and that process is taking huge amount of time. It seems that “Duplicate Check” process is the problem and since we don’t need that check (data is already checked for duplicated) we wants to deactivate that (duplicate check). Is that possible?I unchecked “Active” flag on “Duplicate Check Action Setup” and “Duplicate Check Rule” but that has no effect (duplicate check is still preformed). Neno Solaja

Hello,I am trying to have every pick list that appears in the ‘Create Pick List for Customer Orders’ page get automatically created. We have the shipment types set up properly so whenever we create a pick list from that page, they come out properly. What i want to do, is to automatically print those. I have a schedule set up so that every 2 minutes, it runs the “Create Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders” database task. This gets almost all of the Pick Lists for Customer Orders created, but the ones with the Supply code of “Purch Ord Trans” do not get printed. They appear on that page, but for some reason, the task does not create those. How do I fix this? We use Consolidated Pick Lists for Customer Orders, but we are requested to create pick lists for all items on that “Create Pick list for Customer Orders” PageHere is the database task I have set upAny advise or insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi,We want to use “Batch Print Customer Invoices” to enable the enduser to either 1) Print 2) E-mail or 3) Print & E-mail, the invoices.Batch Print Customer InvoicesThe thing is I don’t know how to configure the Customer record and event action connected to PDF_REPORT_CREATED.Customer Record, Email setupEvent Action for PDF_REPORT_CREATEDWith above configuration the option“Print Only” will succesfully print the invoice “E-mail” will succesfully e-mail the invoice “Print/Send” will only print the invoice and not email it.From what I can see this is because the condition “PRINTER_ID=PDF_PRINTER” on the event action. If I remove that condition the option “Print/Send” will both print and email the invoice, but so will also the option “Print Only”. And that is the root of my question. How to I configure IFS so that “Print Only” only prints, “E-mail” only emails (that works as far as I can see) and “Print/Send” both prints and emails?Or as I’m writing this, have I missunderstood the conc

Hi All, Does anyone know what the ‘Main Representative’ does in the Customer record in Cloud?I was expecting this to become the default main rep in all leads/business opportunities/sales quotations/customer orders for this specific customer.Instead, the default is always the person creating it and not the person set as Main Representative in the CRM Info of the customer. I am not sure what this does as it seems to have no impact whatsoever. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
