Does anyone know if we can import data into IFS? So, say for example, we export a list of contacts and make some changes into an excel spreadsheet, can we import it back into IFS so it updates the fields?

Hi
You can use few methods to get this done.
- You can create a data migration job to import the updated data
- You can use smart data manager to configure a data migration job and use it to update these field
- If you have license for IFS Excel migration adding then you can set up a migration and use it to update the fields.
