We are moving over to IFS and were told that there were folks using Zoominfo. Is there anyone who has integrated ZoomInfo with IFS CRM? Also if you can let me know what Marketing tools you have found successful with IFS CRM.

We use Cognism linked to our CRM platform and have in the past used ZoomInfo. Both tools have available API’s making an integration straight forward and quick to implement.
At Covalent Systems, we have developed integrations to marketing tools such as MailChimp and SendInblue (recently renamed to Brevo) to sync contacts and campaign data as well as mass mails, avoiding the need to use campaigns if so desired. The results from each marketing campaign can be automatically fed back into IFS for easy reporting. This will allow you to see email delivery results and no of opens etc.
We also have developed bi-directional integrations to HubSpot and Salesforce where there is a preference or need to use a 3rd party CRM solution for marketing automation or other purposes.
