We have started the journey of moving from Sales and Marketing/Apps 9 to Cloud.  I am curious to see how many customers that are live on IFS cloud are using Cloud CRM pages?  If you are utilizing CRM Cloud, what has your experience been like?  What can you share with me?   Or are you using a third party CRM solution? Thank you!

Is there a method in IFS in which you can ‘print’ just the list of items that a customer purchases vs. publishing to them the full list of items on the price list they are assigned to?

Hello All,I was asked if there is a way to apply Payment Term discounts to exclude net amount from the charges tab.  I can see where there is a choice to base the Pay Term base on Net or Gross, but that doesn’t help with the charges amounts.  We don’t invoice the charges tab separately from the Order Line Tab.  I assume the discount amount is based on the Net or Gross amount in the header and not able to calculate per invoice line. Thanks!Michelle

Hi All,I am trying to add a custom tab to the standard page 'Shipment'.The content of the tab should be a group, based on a custom entity that also has the Shipment Id as an attribute.I tried to add this the same way a tab with a list is added but it does not work.Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. This is the custom entity   Thank you

Phone No. for the below contact is not showing in the panel even though it exists in the Comm Method on Person screen - Also note that even though the person record is Protected, it still has an address identity with work as the address type that is linked to the comm methods.   

Hi, We have following pricing setup.Discount method = Single discount Pricelist part based with discount connected via customer price group with customer Customer agreement for same customer with deal per sales group Part from pricelist is also part of connected sales group Different discount (higher) compared to price list When i enter customer order, the price and discount from the price list is always taken into account. But the customer is entitled to the discount from the customer contract which is higher. Customer agreement  is not considered.If i delete the line in customer agreement "Deal per sales group" and enter a line in "Deal per part" and then enter a new customer order, the price is taken from the line of customer agreement with desired discount.How does "Deal per sales group" is takeing into account from customer agreement? I have not found anything in “IFS Cloud Documentat

Hello,We are using IFS Aurena.For many of our Accounts CRM or Opportunities, we have 1 Main Representative and 1 or more additional representatives.Could you please show me a way of displaying the list of Opportunities - or Accounts - where I am identified as the Main Representative or simply as a Representative (not being the main)?So far I only managed to find a way of listing Opportunities - or Account - where I am identified as the Main Representative.Thanks a lot

Currently when I click on the call icon in the panel, I automatically get navigated to the new Teams -  When I select “Not right now”, the call doesn’t go through -  Is there a way I can stop this prompt for switching to new Teams and use the old Teams to make the call?

I have a Business oportunity and I have created a sales process template but I don’t understand how I can connect the sales process to a business oportunity. I don’t have this option

Go to register arrivals and filter by "Source Ref Type" equal to "Return Material Authorization" and click search.Choose any one of them and click "Receive Parts against Order Deliveries". A pop up window appears and you can choose which material and quantity you want to return.It doesn't matter if you choose the quantity on the RMA or less than the quantity on the RMA, it give you the error shared below.  

I am seeing an issue when I create a Customer Order / add lines through ‘Quick Customer Order registration’ One user gets a message ‘Resource Not Found’ when adding multiple lines (+5).This is only identified by one user - there is no issue for other users. We have checked permissions and they are identical.  Are there any suggestions on a fix?

Hi,Can anyone provide a way to account royalty % or amount into sales price. Need to include this to customer order line Price. Thank You.

Where are the PDF files created for Print Manager? What server is creating the PDF that get printed? We have reports that are “Waiting” in Print manager and don’t process. Is the issue with the “Middleware” server or Print Agent server that runs Crystal web services? Are PDFs physically created before they print? We continue to have interruptions in printing and I am trying to figure out where it is failing. I try “Restarting” the jobs but nothing happens. Could Antivirus/Microsoft Defender cause an them not to print?Jobs stop once or twice a week at different times and the only way to get the jobs printing is to restart the print server.We are on APPS10 UPD11 IEE.Can someone help?

My customer is noticing inconsistent behavior when converting from a purchase requisition line to PO vs converting from an approved RFQ to a PO. when the PO is authorized and all changes to the PO must be via Change Order.If you try to convert to a Purchase Order from a requisition, the PO is never listed because change orders are turned on. For whatever reason, when converting an approved Quotation, the PO is available to select but we get an error that reads:“New lines cannot be entered when the order has been authorized and when the Allow Changes to Order Option is not set to Within Order Amount.”It would seem the option to select the PO as an option for adding the RFQ line would not be available if the line is not available from a requisition.Please advise.Julian White  

Is it possible to restrict access to notes on the Sales Configurator based on user security?  We would like to have two sets of notes.  The first set would be available to the sales force and our internal marketing group.  The second set would have more details, but only be viewable by our internal marketing group.
