Instant Invoice Multiple Tax Lines breakdown

We are running Apps10 UPD16.

When we have multiple tax lines on the instant invoice:

When printing the Instant Invoice, there is only one tax line lumping all 3 lines above together.

Our customer requires a breakdown of all of the tax lines.  

Is it possible to print all of the tax lines on the Instant Invoice report without having to modify and make a new layout?

@wilmichelle when I print an instant invoice I can see that the different tax codes/rates are printed below the total tax section. I didn’t do any special setup for this. Tax breakdown is printed in standard layout. Are you sure that there are no changes that your IT did to hide the tax breakdown?

Hi @wilmichelle ,

Could you please verify that the ‘Tax Amount at Invoice Printout’ setting in the Tax Codes basic data is set to ‘Separate from Price’?


Setting it to ‘Include in Price’ appears to have the effect that you don’t see the tax breakdown on the invoice printout.
