Hello,
This happens with 2 different customers in different versions (23.1.10 and 23.2.3).
The CRM Panel has been installed correctly, the doc class has been defined for the docs and the Default Settings have been entered correctly:
- DOC_CLASS - populated
- SKIP_ATTACHMENTS - false
But the attachments from the email are not populating into IFS Business Mails as an attachment.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it an issue with the versions?
