Please, do you know any alternative for mass assignment/reassignment of representatives?
It could be the case of replacement of a representative who leaves the company for another, or in the case of redistribution of commercial areas or markets.
Any idea?

From my understanding in this matter, I believe this needs to be done manually from the Lead/Customer/Supplier/Business Opportunity record.

I’ve just found this thread on my subscriptions, since my last update there has been a new functionality implemented in IFS Cloud called “Reassign CRM Records” which allows you to do just the requested functionality. This is specially useful when a Representative is leaving the company or changing roles within the same company and won’t any longer be required as a representative.
