Buying (Procurement, Demand Planner, ASC, SRM)

We have a series of authorisation rules in place for Project requisitions based on value.  These are along the lines ofup to 10k by Project Manager 10k-20k by Project Manager & Department Head 20k+ Project Manager, Department Head & FD   Is it possible to have an additional rule, where non-project reqs just go to Finance Manager for sign-off?Is it just as straightforward as ticking the Apply for Non Project Connected PR and making sure the Priority is a higher number than our existing rules? Thanks.

Hi Community, mistakenly ran the condition generation command without mentioning the Equipment ID, which leads to generating multiple Work orders so my question here is is it possible to cancel these work orders from inside the PM Action in a way that will not affect the PM sequence.?? Thanks a lot in advance

Hi,I try to add (Note) field to PO layout in IFS report designer , but I did not find this field in PO lines fieldsI  searched in PURCHASE_ORDER_line table and finf  the name of field in database is (note_text) but I did not find it .where i can find this field from IFS report designer? thanks

Does self billing work with partial receipts or will the invoice generated just be equal to the original PO?

Hi all,I am working on a specification to automate the return of some purchase parts.But in the 22R2 in the “register inspection results” window, the toggle “finalize shipment” is not there any more… I am missing something.  

We use a 3rd party platform to file 1099’s and are curious if it’s possible to export the 1099 reportable fields into Excel.  We have exported the Tax tables to work with Supplier name and invoiced amounts for tax treatment, but are just missing the exported Supplier Legal Name and Legal Address for 1099. We are able to see the 1099 images themselves via Automatic Tax Proposal, but just hoping to get this into an Excel table.Thanks in advance! Hi Community, we are not able to unreserve the part because the error message says we cannot unreserve the part as it is picked and when trying to delete the picklist or to unissued the part in the picklist it says there is no part issued to get unissued. However, there is a part issued. Is there any way where we can unreserve are cancel the picklist?  Many thanks in advance

We have a requirement where one of our suppliers need to have access to our IFS10 ERP to manage certain inventory parts (VMI).Would appreciate if we can have documentation to setup the same along with the required permission sets to be created.We already created B2B supplier user linked the supplier however once we login it is not displaying relevant data.

Hello,We went live recently with IFS 10 Aurena. We are having some process pains when it comes to processing supplier invoices when there is a receipt pending or some other discrepancies which require our supply chain team to resolve. This is resulting in a lot of past due invoices.  We are looking for a systematic triage where AP team can notify the purchasing team and the purchasing team can then systematically view a copy of the invoice document and a note from the supplier confirm when the issue is resolved and send a note back and reassign to AP. Does anyone know of this process being in IFS? Thanks.

Hi All,could do with guidance on the recommended procedures for paying cancelling costs and adding freight cost to intercompany orders using IFS messaging. Hi,when I connect a PO manually to an activity project, the “Net Amount/Base” is changed in automatic to a different amount. What’s the logic behind it? Why and how it is changed? Connect a PO manually to an activity project -  I mean that on PO view, I right-click on the PO line >  Project Connection > Connect to Activity > select the appropriate activity > ok Thank youPaola

When releasing a purchase order, the following error appears “Customer number not found on the Supplier set up.”The user said that they have been doing this and that nothing has changed.   I was trying to see if there was a setup issue with he parts on the order.

Hi,In Incoming dispatch advise, while connecting PO lines an error pop up changes are not allowed after authorization of the order.if you can advise reason. Regards  

Hello all, We currently have several Routings with Outside Supplier operations. At certain times, the Supplier with create scrap while processing our parts. On the PO, I see a column that appears to reference Supplier generated scrap, however, I am not sure where in IFS this should be reported at. I cannot key it in on the PO and can find nothing in the help. Any guidance would be appreciated! 

Dear All, I was wondering what the standard/best approach is to execute intercompany Repairs of non-serialized items. The situation: Sales Company A is in direct contact with customer X Customer X has a problem with a non-serialized part and wants to sent it back to check if it can be repaired Repairs are not done in Sales Company A, but in Repair Company B - which is physically a different location than Sales Company A The invoicing of the repair costs needs to be done by Sales Company A to customer X Repair Company B can invoice an intercompany repair service to Sales Company A (at a lower rate than what the Sales Company A invoices the customer X) What proces/combination of processes can we use here? The part is non-serialized, so wherever we can we need to use ‘Customer Owned’ so we can make a difference between regular stock and Customer Owned stock.We are working on IFS Cloud

Hi,The fields which in Change Order No Parts Line page   opened with RMB > Preposting  is read only. Posting control M108 already added. But I cannot change anything.How can I change or fill the Pre Posting on PO Change Order Line? Is there any solution about this issue?
