getting the below error while creating the inventory part, anything I am missing out here?

There is a duplication somewhere that is causing the conflict.  Look on Part Costs for another site and make sure that the part doesn’t already exist somewhere.

How are you creating the part exactly? Can you share steps? And as @ShawnBerk suggests, look for duplicate part cost records.
