Hi,

It seems IFS is treating anything you put as the field section criteria as a text, as if you have put something like this Purchase Code = ‘null’. As there is no purchase code called ‘null’, you have nothing highlighted.

(Tested this theory using a purchase code called ‘NULL’ and it is highlighted)

It seems the purchase code is only supporting operators = and != and for both, the condition is treated as text. This issue is there for other text fields and in other forms such as Customer Orders (tested for Forwarder)

For different types of columns, you have different options available, such as a calendar for Created, drop down for Status and !=, <, =<, =, >, >= for Quantity.. I think IFS needs to give us an operator to use when we want a condition set up for NULL, like the ‘!%’ they had for IFS EE client.
