To support a warehouse location relabeling effort, I need the ability to print multiple location barcodes off at one time. Our label is configured correctly and I print off exactly what I want to our Zebra ZT411 but can only do this one location at a time.  We have approximately 70K locations to relabel so a multi select and print option would be nice. Is this possible?

Hello, We are having a lot of active units of measure in our solution that we want do deactivate or hide for users when they are creating purchase orders.When trying to do that the error message “The field [Used in Application] is not valid for update for user defined codes.” appears.  Can we not get rid of these user defined codes? Please advice,Johan 

In the Units of Measure page there is the ability to create records in the Alternate Unit of Measure tab in the sub-panel, but how is this to be used, what is the intent of this feature? This is not related to the information found in the Unit Relationships - Conversion page.There is nothing in scenario 1.1.1.2 that mentions this feature.It’s a mystery.

I am looking to replenish stock at a production area maintaining a minimum stock level.Is it possible to establish minimum stock level by part using the Putaway functionality and automatically triggering Transport Tasks to maintain the stock levels? 

Hi Community, A mistake has been made and a unit was scrapped using the available process in Inventory Parts in Shipment Inventory.The transaction description for this is: “Scrapped at shipment location” (transaction code PICKSCRAP - Scrapping in Shipment Inventory)Which is different from the transaction description the when you scrap from the inventory parts in stock screen: “Scrapped” (transaction code INVSCRAP - Scrapping in Inventory) On that last one, we have the ability to use the UNDO SCRAP INVENTORY PART to correct users errors. But seems that there is no options to UNDO from scrap from Invent Parts in Shipment Inventory (or similar). 

Hello everyone,Is there are any standard reports available that can provide the Total Inventory Value per part, excluding stock related to projects, as of December 30, 2023 ? Currently, the ‘inventory value per period’ report details the value for each part. However, we need to omit parts that are associated with a project.Could this be done?

The problem is:We have a configuration, where we purchase component kits with purchase price = 0 (zero) from a subcontractor. Purchase component method used is customer order. The only cost connected to the Purchase order is a fixed assembly cost per unit, as the components are shipped F.O.C to the subcontractor.Our problem is: when the P.O is received, the posting control type for the charges M65 (Purchase charges, not absorbed in inventory value) is used. And we would want it to be M187 (Purchase charges, absorbed in inventory value).What dictates which posting control type/transaction code that is used?And how can we set this up so that we get the posting control type we want (M187)?

This only happens for Part Order Lines. In No Part Order lines, the above mentioned 2 fields are working (LoV is working). Could you please help me on this? Thank youBest Regards!

Hi !,I am working on Putaway Zone mechanisms in the IFS 10 application. In the setup I am trying to create, I have two different warehouses. Each of my warehouses has arrival locations. When I perform the receiving process, automatic transport tasks are created through the Putaway Zone mechanism. However, I do not want transport tasks to be created between different warehouses. I want the tasks to operate within the warehouse where the arrival location is. How can I achieve this?  

Hi,I try to return a loan using the assistant “Create Return Material Authorization”, but I can’t see the line to be returned. I used this feature to return the asset at a different site with the new functionality in IFS Cloud. Note that it doesn’t work neither when we use “Return to Own Site” option.I wonder if the assistant is enabled to rental returns, and if the mentioned enhancement has been limited to sales only and disabled to outbound rentals.  

Dear all, Do you know if it is possible on IFS when it comes to intersite flows to generate automatic receipt of the Purchase Order when the delivery of the customer order is executed? If yes, could you please tell me where are those parameters? Best regards,Laura

I have seen a couple of other users raise this question but these were some time ago and the answers not really conducive to our environment.  I wonder if there has been any development on this for either Apps9 or in Cloud.   Our Scenario is that we ‘buy’ a KIT from our supplier and that is what we are invoiced for.  What we put into stock are 150 separate inventory parts.  So, yes, a reverse of the Customer Order/Sales ‘Package Parts’  functionality.  Any thoughts/suggestions gratefully received!

Hi Experts, How to make a claim with material replacement ? I know, I can return of material by ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA) without ‘create credit invoice’. But how can I material replacement without credit invoice ?  

EDIFACT standards for the ORDRSP message appear to provide for a ORDRSP message if the incoming ORDERS message is rejected (see below), which I take to be in IFS terms then if the incoming order is at status stopped then an ORDRSP message could be returned with a code indicating that the order message (or order change message) has been rejected.UN EDIFACT - If the MESSAGE FUNCTION CODE is a "12", "27" or "29" indicating that the total message was not processed, rejected or accepted. No segments, other than mandatory segments, need be used in the message Header, Detail or Summary sections. However for positive reporting purposes all the segments of the ORDERS or ORDCHG message, being responded to, may be used in ORDRSP. However IFS only appears to be able to send an ORDRSP message once the incoming order has been approved and a customer order created.Has anyone been able to work out how to send an ORDRSP message to customers when their order or or

In App 10, the transaction end date and end time are incorrectly shown as 12:00:00 AM the next day. However, the chargeable transaction days are 2, so the ideal transaction end date should be 3/1/2024 at 11:59:59 PM.In App 8, the transaction end date and time are correctly shown, which then tallies with the transaction chargeable days.FYI – The Period Rounding column is set to “Daily Rounding” in both App 10 and App 8.Is there a setting we can change in App 10 to make it display like App 8, or is this a bug?

DIFOT (Delivery in Full On TIme) is a measurement of logistics or delivery performance within a supply chain. Usually expressed as a percentage, it measures whether the supply chain was able to deliver: the expected product in the quantity ordered by the customer at the place agreed by the customer at the time expected by the customer.Has a requirement for the Tracking / measurement of DIFOTIS come up and how was this addressed in IFS ? 

Is there a way to count how many shop orders are required when looking at the Product Structure?  I am simply trying to see how many shop order requisites will be opened when I request to build product A.
