Hello, 

 

I have the following error in the background jobs when I try to create a customer invoice using the staged billing,

 

Do you have an idea how to solve it ?

ORA-20105: Invoice.SEQFAULT2: At least one Invoice Line must be entered before saving Invoice

@Abdessamad how do you create the CUstomer Invoice for Stage Billing? Normally the invoice is created online without a background job.

For example I go to CO Line → Line Details → Staged Billing Profile → then once the Billing Line is Approved, I can create the invoice without any issues.

Maybe in your case the Billing Lines are not approved, so the background job doesn’t find any line to pick up during invoice creation?

This is the process I applied too.

 

When I click on the create invoice button, i don’t have any error, but when I go to the background jobs i see the error message I mentionned previously.
