Hi everyone,we've noticed that the time shown in the header of the Pool Tasks differs by two hours. I’ve double-checked the time zone settings on my laptop, and they are correct. The scheduled start time is also displayed accurately. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this discrepancy?  Thank you!

We have a need to remove the ability for users that can create/work on Work Orders and Fault Reports to delete them once they are created.I’ve found that the Database Object tied to this is the ActiveSeparate Logical unit and removing the checkbox next to Remove__ would in theory throw an error - however that particular database object is tied to a lot of other functions in IFS and we would not want it to not work in other areas. There is a chance I am making this more difficult than necessary so any direction would be greatly appreciated.

In App9 from the transfer of work order lines to customer order screen, user selects the line to transfer, RMB to create customer order line and receives an error message: Payer has expired. Check expire date. I cannot find what is causing the issue and have verified that the customer number on the work order is not expired in the customer screen / order tab / misc customer info subtab. Also checked the invoice tab / general subtab and customer number is not inactive. Also verified that in all companies setup for the customer number. Also confirmed the same was true for the parent customer id. We are stuck and cannot proceed with the customer order. Also checked the Customer screen / Payment Tab / Misc Payment Info tab and no payer is entered. 

Hi,I’m trying to display the Part ID (from Service Object Details) in the Request Scope tab on the Request page. For this, I created a persistent custom attribute in the SrvRequestScope entity.Added the screenshot below.Current Version Using 24R2 However, this custom field is not appearing in the Attributes dropdown of the RequestScopeitemList in Page Designer.  I’ve checked the Projection Metadata and found that the attribute has been added to the "ReqScope" entity instead of the "SrvRequestScope" entity. Could anyone please explain why this is happening and guide me on h

The field technician would best know whether an issued material or time spent should be exempted from a service contract, warranty or pricing agreement. For instance, if a service object was damaged through neglect, then the repair visit as a whole or just certain parts may be charged at full price rather than discounted at 100%. It would be helpful to be able to record the needed adjustment while debriefing the Task from MWO.In 25R1 MWO, the mobile user can enter quantities for usages, but cannot apply pricing adjustments.

Hi Experts,In MWO we can set Work Status On shift, Off shift also report Breaks as well.   I can see these data is Syncing back to the Clould as well then where I can find these information in the Cloud? I need to capture these Shift log in and log out time also Break start and end time for technicians. Thank you,KM

Hi,I am having issues replenishing my remote warehouse location via the refill putaway zones functionality. I have created my assortment and ran the scheduled database task which creates my purchase requisitions which are then converted to purchase orders. Following this, the service techs will receipt in the PO’s within MWO. However, after looking in the failed transactions, there is a message stating the below: After further investigation, this is due to the difference in revisions on the inventory parts e.g The refill putaway zone has requested revision 2 of the part but the supplier (other site) want to send revision 1 of the part. Is there anyway around this when using MWO as it allows me to receipt the part in the core application.

Hi All, I don't have a clear idea on using service delivery units in new service management module. Is service delivery unit a group of resources? If so what is the connection with Resource Groups? In standard tasks, we allocate resource group as a person demands. How this service delivery unit can be connected then?  When we transfer work task to mobile, we can transfer to specific resources or resource group as pool work. What is the similar functionality with service delivery units?  There is no separate page for service delivery unit. We can just create them under a service organization just by adding a row. Eventhough, we put same service delivery unit in different service organizations there is no any pop up message.  There is no specific place to add resources to a service delivery unit. Good day, We periodically need to copy work orders with a large number of tasks. We use Code F in the preposting to capture the work order number.When the Copy Work Order function is used it copies the prepostings as well. The new work order and tasks therefore has Code_F as the old work order number. How can we set the system (IFS Cloud) to pick up the new work order number in the prepostings? Alternatiely, if we had to change it manually, it means changing the preposting on the new work order and then having to individually change the preposting on each work task manually (and there may be many work tasks per work order). Is there a way to update the preposting on the work tasks by updating the preposting on the work order header?    

Hi Experts,I have created a request contract with invoice details as following.  And I do have a service lines and these service lines are having periodic pricing also. And now when i try to generate invoice preview it gives me this error message. Could you please help me with this. ​​​​​​​

Issue 1: Is there any reason to not sync the service notes added in MWO-request work task to the application? N.B. same type of service notes added from the application is syncing to the MWO app. The work status of the MWO ( if it is off shift) is that causing this problem? Issue 2:Is there any reason to not to get update the request work task status as work done once all assignment completed from MWO?Once set all assignments to work started from MWO , request work task  is get updated as started

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to hide the “Set Attention On/Off” function in the MWO Navigator.We have successfully removed the corresponding tile in the Navigator Designer - so it is no longer visible there.However, the option is still displayed in the Navigator within the Virtual Assistant environment.Does anyone have any idea whether an additional step is necessary here or whether it is possibly a restriction in connection with the Virtual Assistant? Many thanks in advance!Best regards

Hello experts,We are working with a customer with a multicompany environment. For instance, this customer has setup Company A, Company B and Company C in IFS Cloud 24R2.Is it possible to enable company A to perform service work while Company B holds the service contract? At this point we are interested in potential approach considering we are talking about allocating a WO to Company A while the Service Contract is hold by Company B.Many thanks for you help.Miguel

I am trying to set the Markup % for a sales line on a work order task:  The field help states “The markup percentage when the price source is Cost Based”. I am unable to edit the Price Source field for the line. The field help states “Cost based: The price has been calculated using the Markup %”.Feels like a bit of a chicken / egg scenario, is there somewhere I have missed a prerequisite in the Work order that is not allowing me to do edit this field?

Scenario:A work task is linked to an active Service Contract. In Part Service Contract Cost offsets have been specified. I raise a new Maintenance Purchase Requisition from the Work Task and add a new No Part Requisition Line.   I am expecting the Markup% and Revenue% fields to populate as per the below. However, they come through as Markup% is blank and Revenue% is 0.  How or when do the Markup% and Revenue% get populated on the Purch Req line from the Service Contract?The net result of this is invoicing from the work task will be calculated incorrectly or the lines end up being Not Invoiceable if these fields don’t populate. All feedback/ suggestions are greatly appreciated.  

We are consistently looking for ways to further streamline our mWO installation.  We are currently looking at this entity as it is the slowest syncing entity by a large margin.  Our technicians have no need for this information, but our concern is that the “Responded_Date” and the “Resolved_Date” fields may not get populated if we block the entity from mWO.  Would anyone be able to confirm or fully deny this concern for us? 

Hi All,One of my customer wants to implement Notify me app and found the below community post that due to 3-4 hours of idle time on the app user needs to relogin to receive the notifications. Hello Community,I have a few questions for you about the MWO application.There are 3 mwo applications as shown in the image below. I installed the application called mWorkOrder from the TAS Server. I installed the others from Google PlayStore.What are the differences between these 3 MWO applications? MWO Service 10 and MWO Maintenance 10 applications are synchronizing successfully. But the home page does not open; It stays on the synchronization screen. The mWorkOrder application opens but the application content is empty.
