This seems to have been asked a few times but I’m struggling to find a resolution.
We are running IFSCloud 24R2 and have our engineers using the IFS MWO Service app.
We currently do not have SSO enabled so are logging in using credentials set if IFS Cloud but are finding these time out on a regular basis which is causing our engineers a lot of frustration having to keep logging in. Has anyone found a good way to resolve this please as this is becoming a major issue for us.
