In Payment Schedule for Purchase OrderWhen entering a schedule line for Pay Sched Line Type = “Retention” the user enters a Percentage of “10.18” but on leaving the field or saving the record the Percentage is rounded to 1 decimal place meaning that the Percentage is now “10.2” meaning that the Planned Amount is wrongly calculated as as 166,902.5286 instead of 166,575.2687 a difference of 327.25986 Can we amend the decimal places and if yes, where can this be amended.  Many thanks. JohnAPPS 10 UPD 22.

Are the Max Travel Time, Max Travel To and Max Travel From fields on Scheduling Resources available for use in Dispatch Console without PSO? For example, when we schedule work orders for resources we want their travel time to be shown on Dispatch Console and the work order start time to be moved according to the required travel time.

What are the differences between match po receipts, match po receipts per line, match po receipts per part?

We have been attempting to migrate absence data into an environment as a trial for bringing absences in that are registered outside the system. The migration job uses the ABSENCE_REGISTRATION view using the INSERT_OR_UPDATE procedure.  I am experiencing two issues, this is the first. We are able to successfully bring the absences into IFS Cloud however when the value is less than one day (irrespective of the absence type setup being working hours or working days) the system automatically turns absences less than 1 day or less than the scheduled 8 hours into 1 whole day or a full day schedule. The issue we have is that it isn’t uncommon to book less than your scheduled hours yet when we try to migrate data into this view we aren’t able to successfully include a time in the format. Does anyone have experience of a similar migration job where you have encountered the same issue?Things I have tried so farUsing TIME_FROM and TIME_TO but only a date format is being accepted.  Hi,I have added a new column to window cTableWindow. I turned to queryable property to true as shown on the picture but it doesn’t show up F3 search screen. Thank you.

On mobile, is it possible to stop typing in the lookup field and perhaps stop typing in a field for reading the qrcode? If it is possible via script, can you give an example?

Hello, I am trying to add a line to a Sales Quotation using a REST API from C# and I am always receiving the following error:ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [ProbabilityToWin] is mandatory for Order Quotation Line and requires a value.I DO have ProbabilityToWin in my payload and have tried several iterations of a value (100, 1, 0, 0.1, 0.9).  I have also written many API integrations with IFS so I’m not new to this. Here is a snippit of the payload:    "UnitPriceInclTax": 0.00,    "ProbabilityToWin": 100,    "OrderSupplyType": "InventOrder",and the API URL is:/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/SalesQuotationHandling.svc/OrderQuotationSet(QuotationNo='{1}')/OrderQuotationLinesArrayThis happens in both 23R1 SU10 and 23R2 SU3.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards,Robert Blansett

Hi, some of our users have this “issue”:Aurena, with UPD20Chrome or Edge  Under Business Mails, when they click the “Mail Body” button: then the file is downloaded as an html file and can be opened in another tab: For other users, the mail body is just displayed in Aurena: Does anyone happen to know whether this is that a setting in IFS or in the browser? I cannot find a rhyme or reason - it seems not to be permission, because we have users with the exact same permission and role but different behavior. Appreciate any tips :-)Thank you!

The data schema does not completely suit my needs, so I was wondering if there is a way to apply a xslt on the data so I can shape it the way I'd like to. I know there are ways to apply a xslt to create a XML/text output, but I'd like to still have the pdf output, just with the amended dataset.

HI Team,Requesting help here.I saw that we can receive shipment orders through generic receipt processes.I want to receive the shipment (created via shipment order) through the Incoming Dispatch Advice process to another site. I am aware that we can receive it through register arrival. Since shipment order used to send material between sites in the same company, I added the DESADV message on the company level and Send dispatch advice automatically toggle also enabled in site level. I can see my shipment sent the dispatch advice and delivery note is also printed. But I am not getting any records created in Incoming Dispatch Advice window. Did anyone of you followed this flow and does it work? Or Am I missing any key data? Thanks,CHamath

Hi all, In app9, we included URLs to records in the emails triggerred by business events. An example is when an absence request is generated, the supervisor will get an email with a url that takes them to the absence request to authrorise/cancel. Generating the url in app9 was easy, but how do you do that in Cloud?  Current address looks like below when the record is looked up in Cloud. How would you construct this dynamically to include in an email body as a url? Hello community,We are working for a new assignment with just IFS Cloud (24R1) and PSO (6.13) environments. Hello All,I have a simple question. Is it possible to copy bookmarks for one IFS Cloud user and paste them across all the user profiles for a client? Is it possible to use the Cloud Data Migration screen to achieve this?  A client wants to avoid setting up the bookmarks manually for each of their users. Thanks in advance!Best Regards,Sayeef

Hi All, We can see that the lists are used cards in MWO (Mobile) in Aurena Native. If we navigate to the page designer (My Work Page), we can see the list is there, but the attached card (MyAssignmentCard) is not visualized. Can’t we add new fields to the cards through configurations in IFS Cloud 23R2?
