Hello All,

I have a simple question.
Is it possible to copy bookmarks for one IFS Cloud user and paste them across all the user profiles for a client? Is it possible to use the Cloud Data Migration screen to achieve this?

A client wants to avoid setting up the bookmarks manually for each of their users.
Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,
Sayeef

This would be a great feature!
I’d like this to be even possible to transfer it for different environments (example buildPlace).

This would be an awsome feature!

Hi @Sayeef.M,
we were able to answer this question.
You can go into the “Solution Manager → Users and Permissions → User Profile → Explore Profile → Profiles”
There you can select the Profile of the User that you want to export (Filter by the “Owner” and there you can input the Identity or Username that is used for the login).
Afterwards go to the other user you want to import it, select him and press import. Select the exported file and it’s done. Afterwards you might have to reload the page to load the new imported user profile if you imported it for your currently logged in user.

Best Regards
Tommy

Hi Tommy,

Thank you so much for this brilliant find !
I just tested it on our client’s UAT environment, and it works like a charm.
Will be sure to share this workflow with customers, colleagues and partners.

Best Regards,
Sayeef

Nice

Things along with Bookmarks that are saved in the user profile are

moreFields

viewType

searchautoexecute

lastgridviewtype

pageSize

colWidth

collapse

I should note there are no groupings on this page, and you cannot configure the projection to add one (without developer studio)
