Hi All,We use FSM and PSO to schedule all field service work in our business. We used appointment booking in 360 with Metrix 5 (old names for PSO/FSM) about 10 years ago but quickly reverted to fixed resource and fixed commitment tasks and turned appointment booking off due to its poor reliability at that time. Basically it didn’t work.We are now on FSM U27 and the latest PSO version and are considering looking once again at appointment booking. I though it worth asking on here if any of you use it with FSM/PSO and if your experience has been a positive one. Thanks in advance for any feedback.Barry

Hello everyone,I have a question. I hope you can help me.Currently, we have an integration between IFS CLOUD (24R1) and PSO. Although all data is created correctly in Cloud, we have no errors when we run ,,Send full load,, nor in Application Messages, resources and activities do not appear in PSO. Dataset is visible but no information appears. Resources are created correctly. What might be the problem? Thank you in advance!Best Regards, Miruna

Setup:  IFS Applications 10 UPD 6   On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error: Something went wrong!   Reference:  IDP-U5Mvq0wrYt6A Code:  IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message:  Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements. Information:  Invalid redirect URL   I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error.    My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this?   Can anyone please advise?

Hi All,I have a clarification with regards to the Supplier Check Templates and would like to know the logic behind printing of 10 invoices per remittance if the Check Template ID is defined as LASER and 14 invoices when it is defined as NORMAL.  Also observed that, when a cheque is printed with the Template ID Laser, it generates 2 result keys if more than 10 invoices are  matched with a check.Example: Matching of 16 invoices to a check. Appreciate your support.Best RegardsRazan

Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State.  Values on Config file Anyone who have experienced this issue before? Thanks, Nishanth

The issue does not recur in the IFS environment or when we try to access the customer environment, because labeling of documents is not mandatory for IFS Microsoft Office. When the customer disabled the labeling policy, it is working fine. Error: Details Log:Ifs.Application.Br.ExcelInterface.ExcelException: Excel Exception Occured ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC  at System.RuntimeType.ForwardCallToInvokeMember(String memberName, BindingFlags flags, Object target, Int32[] aWrapperTypes, MessageData& msgData)  at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Shape.Delete()  at Ifs.Application.Br.ExcelInterface.Vsto.ExcelShape.Delete()  --- End of inner exception stack trace ---  at Ifs.Application.Br.ExcelInterface.Vsto.ExcelShape.Delete()  at Ifs.Application.Br.Rendering.ReportExecutionUtil.CreateCopyOfDesignSheet()  at Ifs.Application.Br.Rendering.ReportExecutionUtil.CacheBeforeExecution(IReportLoaderOperations operations)  at Ifs.Applicatio

I am trying to run a rather simple SQL query in ifs cloud as datasource for a custom field, yet seem to be unable to specify the ORDER_NO field as an argument. The Error message says the referenced colum is not an approved persistent custom attribute.Am i misunderstanding something here?

Morning,IFS Help on this utility is non-existent, and IFS Support once again refuse to help describing this as a training issue. All I want to understand is what logic the utility uses to re-classify parts. Thanks in advance if anyone has any documentation they can share.Chris.

Hi,We have a requirement to create Functional Objects via Migration Job.  The job should also insert Belongs to Object and Contract. In Cloud, while creating Migration Job (tried with Excel and Migrate Source Data) on EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL, the columns SUP_MCH_CODE (Belongs to Object) and SUP_CONTRACT (Belongs to Site) not at all visible in Column mapping. We tried using modify Method to update these columns, but still it is not updating and Migration Job ending with an error as belowAPI Methods used: EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_API.Modify__ Also used this method, EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_API.MODIFY__ , but in both cases it ended with same errorError:ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PLS-00225: subprogram or cursor 'MODIFY__' reference is out of scopeAny thoughts or idea really helpful on thisThanks,Nishith

Hi All,How to activate variables as a result of analysis?

Configuration type: Person Resource  when we try to save the eform getting the below error message   whether its bug??

I am trying to understand the posting types M187 and M189.M187: “Purchase charges, absorbed in inventory value”M189: “Arrival Charges”Both are setup to reflect the expected use:M187 to be the counterposting to M1 at arrival with a charge amount that should be included in the inventory value.M189 to be the counterposting of a charge not included in the inventory value. It seems I misunderstood something because that is not how it works. I gather M189 is doing what I expected M187 to do.So when is M187 applied? And for what use?SincerelyJonas

Hi Everyone, I’ve noticed that during event generation, I consistently receive the same work order numbers. 🤔 This is a event based PM.Problem: The identical work order numbers are unexpected and could disrupt our maintenance processes.Seeking Clarification: Have you encountered this issue? Any insights or best practices? Thanks in advance

PSO v6.11 / IFS Apps 10 Upd 18 We are working to make more work get scheduled together properly and on the same resource.  Frequently, even when work tasks are on the same work order, the different work tasks get scheduled separately and on different resources.   For example, we have a single work order, with 3 work tasks.  One being the PM inspection itself, then two more work tasks that are merely fluid samples that get taken at the time of the PM.  Frequently right now, we have the fluid samples getting allocated, on different days, and the PM goes unallocated.  I have already started the process of working to make the fluid sample tasks dependent on the PM task.  This at the very least assures that the PM task gets scheduled first but does not assure that the sample tasks are scheduled at the same time or for the same resource. After researching through PSO documentation and have found the "Activity Group" section of the Scheduling Schema.  This discusses the use of "same_resource"

Hello,I put the unstocked and stocked materials in the same sales order, but it wants me to send the unstocked materials as well. Can I prevent this?

Hi Community,The tab Manufacturers under SFPP contains columns from Supplier Part Manufacturer List in Page Designer. We would like to find see Manufacturer’s Part in this view.Is it possible to add fields from Manufacturer Part Numbers where Manufacturer’s Part is already included, alternative replace with these columns?

Currently in IEE, you are able to see the number of attachments at the bottom of the screen when viewing details of a Business Opportunity: In Aurena, there is no number on the panel that indicates how many attachments are present, you have to click on the panel first then the total number of attachments will display:Even in the Business Opportunities screen, you have to click on the paperclip once to display the number of attachments. The goal is to prevent the user from having to click on an icon or panel just to show the number of attachments, so my questions are:In Business Opportunity - is there a way to show the number of attachments without having to click on the attachment panel similar to IEE? In Business Opportunities - is there a way to default the paperclip column to show the number of attachments?

Hello,In APPS9 we were able to be send e-mail with attachment and specified mail sender with the following api:---------------------------------ifsapp.COMMAND_SYS.Mail(                                  from_user_name_ => ifs_from_user_name_,                                  to_user_name_   => ifs_to_user_name_,                                  text_           => ifs_text_,                                  attach_         => attachments_,                                  cc_             => ifs_cc_list_,                                  subject_        => ifs_subject_,                                  mail_sender_    => ifs_mail_sender_                                                                );  ----------------But in IFS cloud this does not work. What is the correct typo of the api to send e-mail with attachment and identifying the mail sender?
