We have an  issue/question related to machine load for work center and work orders.Conditions for this to work is clear; wc resource connected to object, obstructive and status on work order etc.Our issue is that work center resource is connected to a maintenance object where more detailed setup with sub levels below connected object id exists, see picture. I our case this is a robot cell with multiple robots, conveyors, stamping units etc. All defined as maintenance objects below object connected to WC resource.We cannot se how, but is there a way to consider and show load also for obstructive work orders on lower levels for object id connected to WC resource? 

Imagine that we buy 2 foot sticks, and that we cut them in half to get 2 one foot stick. Currently we just count-out the two foot stick and count-in 2 one foot stick but this way causes problem since its hard to keep track of the material inventory. Is there a better way to transfer one part number to two new part number? I tought we could make the 1 foot stick with a product structure but then it would mean that everytime we produce end product the step of cutting the stick is in the process. We dont want that since we cut alot of stick that last us a pretty long time. Any suggestion?

In EE we have shortcuts that refer to advanced queries which prompt the user to enter a variable, For example we have a shortcut that takes the user to Inventory Transactions History and prompts them to enter the Lot/Batch No,  I understand SQL and Advanced Queries aren’t possible in Aurena however is it possible to prompt the user for an variable input? In EE this is possible by putting a & in the search criteria field We are currently using IFS Apps 10 - UPD 19

I am needing some help understanding why more than one Work Center is popping up when I run Visualizer. When I select the Shop order to look at it only lists one Work Center but when visualizer is ran with Labor Load Summary more than one Work Center is populated.  

Employee A is a shop floor workbench user.The primary labor class is Labor Class A, which has a defined cost of $10 per hour with no overhead in the Manufacturing Labor Class Cost Tab.Use HR schedule - YesThe company details - use employee labor costs -NoSite settings are configured as follows:On a given day, if a shop floor employee works 8 hours at the normal rate (which is $10 per hour) and an additional 3 hours of overtime (at a rate of $10 * 1.5 = $15 per hour),Is there a way to input this overtime rate for the cost calculation of the finished good? Currently, the total of 11 hours is calculated at the standard rate specified in the labor class cost tab.

Hello - We are on IFS APP10 IEE - UPD 22.We have one use at one of our locations having issues printing. They will print a large batch job from IFS, and in the Print Manager the bulk of the job will get stuck in “Remote Working” while some jobs will end up in the Error Queue with the error “Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.”.  This one user is reporting this issue frequently lately. I have seen this error a couple times for other users, but not repeatedly as it is for this one user. I’ve Googled this error and it appears to be a Windows message? Is it credential related? Does anyone know how to resolve? If I go in and clear the errored jobs, and then RMB >  “Restart” the jobs in Remote Working, then they will spool.

The closest functionality for this request is in the Lot Batch Master, tab Where Used. You can input here the part having specific LOT_BATCH_NO and obtain all parts which could be influenced by this part. Hi,Is there a way of receiving by-products automatically to a different location other than the Shop Order’s proposed location?We have tried to implement a custom event to move the by-products to their default floor stock location after they’re received, but unfortunately getting this error: “ORA-20105: Transaction.OVERLOAD”, when trying to use Inventory_Part_In_Stock_API.Move_Part, since there are two procedures with the same name.Is anyone able to suggest another API method which I could use for this, or better yet, a solution which can be achieved with standard functionality?I am considering having putaway zones set up, and having the event perform putaway instead.Thanks!

I would like column order changes made during a session using the Column Selector and Sheet Designer to be saved as the default for everyone using that session. Can you give a detailed explanation of how these changes will be applied across sheets? For example, I design a page as default and I want this page to be the default for every user in the system. However, they can design this page themselves from the column chooser and save it in their profile. But if I create a new user in the system, that user should see the page I have designed as default. 

24.1.2In the Quantities panel of the Manual Issue Shop Order Material Line I am seeing red lines in fields that may be indicating an availability issue, but there is no issue, there is plenty of material available.One material line showing the red lines.A second material line on the same shop order not showing red lines.Any ideas?

we would like to value a manufactured product made in site A (STD cost = 80EUR). We would like to have 20 EUR margin when we sell the part from the site A to site B (Ok with inter site profitability). The only thing that doesn't work is that the part is valorizated at 80 instead of 100 expected in the site B.

I have introduced new overhead cost and my posting controls are run on ‘Posting cost groups’. As the purchase arrival transaction went on to Erroneous status I have ‘modified’ posting cost group and rerun Erroneous distribution and manufacturing postings.I noticed that  inventory transaction does not pick the posting cost group even after run erroneous postings. My posting controls are dated back. New purchase receipts done after update of the modify posting cost groups works fine. Can somebody advise on how to fix the transaction happened before modifying the posting cost group?Thank you

We have a number of users experiencing this and similar errors when trying to access various screens in IFS. We have tried running the clean up scripts and deleting the contents of the 2.0 folder on their user profile but this has not resolved the issue. I have logged into IFS with their accounts on my PC and everything works correctly, but when I log onto their PC with my IFS account I also experience the same errors. Process to create Customer Sales Invoice for materials issued on Work Order.  The materials that have been issued on Work task are “Invoiceable”.  Followed the steps below:Generate Invoice preview Did ‘Approve-Online’ of Invoice Preview Customer Order was created and released Customer Sales Invoice was created Invoice was Cancelled Invoice before printing  Customer Order now shows status of Delivered Work Task Sales line status = Transferred Problem is my Customer Sales Invoice is now cancelled and the status of the Customer Order is Delivered.  How to I generate another invoice for the Work Task Sales lines?Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksShelley  

Dear community,When a Control Plan is associated with a purchase order receipt, we do not know how to add specific data points like we can do on shop order for situations like one-off testing that we do not want in the standard Control Plan (IFS Cloud 23.2.9)In addition to this, is there a way to add tools in the Purchase order Control Plan > Tools tab ?We would like to connect a new Tool to the purchase order-specific data point, but there is no method available.
