Hi everyone, I have a situation, where there has been registered absence in the IEE Client - this absence is then showing as expected in PSO as a Private Activity.However, when changing the status on the absence in the Client to “Cancelled”, this status change is not reflected in PSO. In the Client, is can be seen that it’s in status “Cancelled” and nothing is showing on the Time Card Absence is working as intended, but not when it is cancelled. PSO: 6.11.0.21IEE: IFS10 UPD5

I am seeking possibilities in splitting the QTY into 2 warehouse within the same site Site ABCWarehouse 1Warehouse 2Safety stock for a part is 10, hence when we run MRP the supply is created for 10 but that need be distributed 5 to warehouse 1 and 5 to warehouse 2. Is there any possibility in achieving this.

I want to add external links to the command group in IFS Cloud. But I need to add parameters to the link to filter. For example, I have a link to navigate an external web page and it requires Order No parameters from the page because I need to go to a specific order. So my link should be something like “something.com/page?$filter=OrderNo%20eq%20’S123456’” like in the element designer.  I know that external links can be added from the “External Navigation Link” but i can’t give parameters from here. Is there a way to do this in IFS Cloud? 

Hi All,We have recently configured IFS Cloud middle-tier high availability for our customer. However, during failover testing, we did not observe the expected results.When one of the middle-tier nodes is shut down, the entire application becomes inaccessible. We have conducted multiple tests, waiting over 15 minutes after shutting down one of the middle-tier nodes, but the outcome remains the same. The application is only accessible when all three servers are up and running.We have even tried setting the global.replica value to 3 in the ifscloud-values.yaml file, and all the pods have been replicated across the middle-tier nodes. Despite this, shutting down one node while the other two nodes are still running the entire IFS Cloud cluster, the application becomes inaccessible.I have attached a document detailing our test results for your reference.We would greatly appreciate your prompt support on this matter, as the customer is planning to go live with the High Availability cluster nex

We have one page with Order No as a VARCHAR2 value and another page with Order No as a NUMBER. Is there a way to cast NUMBER to VARCHAR2 when navigating from one page to the other (using a command)?We can navigate to the Inventory Transaction History window from the Shop Order History window's Material Transaction Tab. Hello! from the Online Documentation is appears that subscriptions are personal, which we`d interpret as users only see and/ or edit their own subscriptions: However, we`ve noticed that we can see all created notifications and are also able to delete other users’ subscriptions: Questions are:is that's how its supposed to work or a bug? is there some sort of setting/ CRM access / permissions that controls that?In addition, users receive this message when starting the solution (the message only appears once when logging in and clicking on the notification bell) - despite the message, users do receive the notifications as shown here: Appreciate any hints & tricks! hi, İ wanna create an excel migration about Cost/Revenue Element per Code Part Value.i select view name - PROJECT_COSTREV_CODE_PART source mapping coming is empty. i want to try add but i am getting the following error. how to make an excel migration to match cost/revenue and code parts.  

From time to time we are experiencing that some users are getting their profiles deleted. They loose bookmarks and other settings. We upgraded from IFS 10 to Cloud and have run the system for a few months now. So far we counted 5 occasions (that we know of) where the profile  is gone from one day to another. It has not been any updates of the system when it happens and maybe there is something these users are doing that causes this. One user experienced it twice. Has anyone experienced similar and does anyone know what is happening? 

Dear community, Is somenone already facing the error message “could not navigate to object details. No home page is defined for LU” when trying to navigate to the object detail from the document revision window.I specify that the LU is a custom LU and we are on IFS Cloud 23.2.9However, and conversely, from the object, there is no issue to navigate to the document revision.Thanks in advance for your help

Issue 1: Is there any reason to not sync the service notes added in MWO-request work task to the application? N.B. same type of service notes added from the application is syncing to the MWO app. The work status of the MWO ( if it is off shift) is that causing this problem? Issue 2:Is there any reason to not to get update the request work task status as work done once all assignment completed from MWO?Once set all assignments to work started from MWO , request work task  is get updated as started

Like in FSM 6 do we have the same Import Export feature in IFS CLOUD as well, or is there any other way to import the person, shifts etc. to the IFS CLOUD? 

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to hide the “Set Attention On/Off” function in the MWO Navigator.We have successfully removed the corresponding tile in the Navigator Designer - so it is no longer visible there.However, the option is still displayed in the Navigator within the Virtual Assistant environment.Does anyone have any idea whether an additional step is necessary here or whether it is possibly a restriction in connection with the Virtual Assistant? Many thanks in advance!Best regards

Hello experts,We are working with a customer with a multicompany environment. For instance, this customer has setup Company A, Company B and Company C in IFS Cloud 24R2.Is it possible to enable company A to perform service work while Company B holds the service contract? At this point we are interested in potential approach considering we are talking about allocating a WO to Company A while the Service Contract is hold by Company B.Many thanks for you help.Miguel

I cannot see additional fields on a clients environment on the Authorization Routing Template. There should be: This is what I see. Is this an IFS issue or is this permissions?  

I have tried all the possible functions Created the price beak manually from a sales quotation Created price break from Price listbut when I do a price query I am not able to get the price coming from price breaks not sure if I am missing any steps, but the idea here is to retrieve the price from price beaks, does any one have any idea on this. Hello, My customer would like to edit the payment file that is generated by IFS (CFONB320 related to French legislation) by adding an information in the external file. That file will be interfaced with the cashtool.He would like to add the /INTC/ (as mentionned here) to the standard file. That is a cell that is specified for specific comments in the legislation.Customer file : Standard file : Do you know where it’s possible to setup that information in IFS somewhere ? As i was looking for the external file and still didn’t find it.Can i edit the payment file to fill in the customer’s needs ? Any suggestions ? Thanks.

Hi All, ​@Björn Hultgren (would greatly appreaciate your oppinion on below matter). IFS Cloud 24.2.3 We’ve noticed that after reporting scrap on a Shop Order Operation, when Increase Lot on Scrap is enabled, once the lot-batch qty is incresed, the shop order is rescheduled and Start Date is changed to match the Earliest Start Date (Forwards Scheduling).Since the SO is started, I see no point in updating the Start Date of the Shop Order. Is this a bug that should be addressed to R&D? Or is there any setup that could prevent rescheduling SO when lot-batch is increased?Before reporting scrap - Start Date - 22nd of May After scrap was reported - Start Date changed to 21st of May.  

How we can map a technician under a manager or supervisor in IFS Cloud. And how the manager get the exception approval raised by the technicians reporting him?

Hello, Is there an easy way in the Human Capital Management module to restrict managers from being able to approve their own expense sheets? Currently, their own expense sheets show in: Human Capital Management>Manager Services>Expenses>Expenses to Manage And they have the ability to approve the expense from there (even though we have asked them not to). I am not extremely familiar with this module, so I may be missing an obvious solution here. We are using IFS Cloud 24R1U4 Thank you! 

Hello IFS Communitywe have had this issue over the years again and again, but never found out what the root cause is. I am hoping that somebody might’ve seen this before.Basically we have a 1 Principal structure, meaning that all orders to external customers are getting entered in the main site (111 in this case) and parts will be sourced internally in the intercompany sites (owned). The goods then are getting shipped from the internal site to the customer directly.Sometimes when this is done, the purchase order line from the principal to the internal site and customer order line to the external customer are not getting updated to “Delivered” when the shipping transaction is done. Anybody got any ideas on why this is getting stuck?
