Hi we upgraded a customer to 23r2 su6, after the upgrade users has started complaining that they are prompted to logout, The azure logout screen pops up randomly. Anyone seen this behavior and have an solution to fix it?

I try to restore a DB-Dump in our IFSDEV enviroment. We have IFS Apps 10, Update 10. Hi all, In app9, we included URLs to records in the emails triggerred by business events. An example is when an absence request is generated, the supervisor will get an email with a url that takes them to the absence request to authrorise/cancel. Generating the url in app9 was easy, but how do you do that in Cloud?  Current address looks like below when the record is looked up in Cloud. How would you construct this dynamically to include in an email body as a url? TIA 

In FSM Mobile, address.geocode_lat and address.geocode_long in DebriefOverview when displayed in UI, the trailing zeros are cut OOTB. For example, if address.geocode_lat = 34.89470000, in UI it displays 34.8947. We would like depict the value as it is in the database. Reference case: CS0218506

Hello, we have IFS UPD20 running on Windows Server 2016 and need to upgrade to Windows Server 2022. Is an in-place upgrade supported or is a clean install preferred. Obviously a lot more work to re-install everything. I asked this question through support and was directed to this community forum. 

Hi All,Is there a way to hide the basline Status icon on every screen? I tried via the ‘Workflow Condition’, but that only works on Android, and not in iOS. The only way so far is adding it to the refresh script on every screen. But for some screens we don’t use refresh script, or we use the baseline script.setControlVisibility("QUICK_ACTIONBAR_STATUS",false);

Hi everyone, I’m a new user on IFS cloud and I can’t connect on Business Reporter. On my test environment everything is OK however on the production environment it’s impossible. I have this message “Oops! Something went wrong - Invalid parameter : redirect_uri”. Do you have an idea in order to help me. 

What windows contain Visualization in IFS APPS 10? 

In IFS24R1 new functionality has been introduced/extended with regards to the use of time zone.In a buildplace development environment I see the following: So IFSAPP has Working Time Zone Europe/London.This time zone is not active, but it has been set as default for all users (also in a regular upgraded environment to Europe/London based upon the server setting.Is there a file/table that contains this setting, so it can be updated in bulk for all users?

What is the difference and purpose of the columns “result” and “result value” on the “Analysis Results” page?  When I type in my measured value in the result cell and save, it populates in the Result Value cell. I ask because something I measure will be at 1.0x10^-8. I am able to type my answer into the result cell in the same format as the outer max cell (5.0E-8) and when I save it properly calculates as passing or failing, but saves in the result cell as the above (0, 0.0000). It shows as the correct decimal representation in the result value cell. I want to know why it doesn't present properly in the Result cell, and why in neither of the cells it will populate in the format 5.0E-8 please

Hello community,We are working for a new assignment with just IFS Cloud (24R1) and PSO (6.13) environments. We need to make the connection between the two environments.We used the IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant and we’ve encountered with some issues trying to finish the configuration: Validating IFS Cloud callback URL failed. Hi,Does anyone know how to recreate the error, “Field [BASE_SALE_UNIT_PRICE] is mandatory for customer order line and requires a value”.The issue I’m having is this can’t be recreated as the price field is a mandatory field in sales part, then that is always automatically fetched to the CO line.

Dear Community,We have recently moved to IFS10 and are about to start using the MWO.For field service, the technicians carry inventory with Availability Control ID on it, so it will not be picked on regular orders.We do want the techs to be able to issue this material on the Work Task in MWO, but right now when material has Availability Control ID on it, it shows in MWO as “no stock”.What can I do to allow techs to see and issue material in MWO, keeping limitations for picking by production team?Best regards,Robbert

Has anyone encountered issues in Apps9 where a Customer Order Invoice errors with the below message?    The setup is a bit complex - multi site in the same company, multiple places of supply therefore multiple tax situations for the customer, but this error only occurred when I created a CO and applied “Additional Discount” in the CO header.  I processed another CO on exactly the same site/customer/parts/tax scenario with discount on the CO lines, and the invoice processed without error.   “CO Invoice in Error - "Only a Tax Code with Zero percentage is allowed when Customer is exempted for Taxes..."  Any thoughts/suggestions/solutions gratefully received! ThanksLinda

We need have different Supplier Invoice Series depending on if the invoice is in positive or negative. This is for our Spanish company that needs this in order to report SII correctly. Does anyone know how to setup such solution?  

Is there any way in the Warehouse Structure and Attributes to change the name of an entire warehouse to avoid having to create all new locations. We historically have a location name imbedded in the warehouse name and we recently moved making that location no longer relevant.  A simple example of this could be stated as saying our warehouse name was warehouse “Columbus” and we would like to change its name to anything different, say “Warehouse 1”.  We have moved the entire warehouse and locations, so this name is ultimately just causing confusion now. We are not looking to change the location naming convention at all since it meets our purposes completely. 

We are in IFS APPS10, UPD16Sometimes our Customer Order Lines in status “Partially Delivered” will invoice the delivered qty and sometimes it will not.We’ve checked online help and are uncertain if there are settings we need to revisit.The behaviour we would like is for the invoice to generate for the partially delivered quantity, and then an additional invoice when the balance is delivered.I’m seeking a suggestion for which settings to check and consider in our setup.

Community,We have a supplier invoice when doing receipt matching, come across an error which cannot be resolved at this moment.  My quesiton is, can we do a payment without matching, and we do receipt matching later? Thank you.
