Is there any chance to delete Day off absence from the absence calendar 

 

in Absence calendar you see it’s on the Saturday and Sunday, but it won’t display in Timecard so we can never remove it:

 

And as we cant remove the block from these days we are then not able to add in another block out

Even if it is not shown in Time Card it should be possible to remove in Absence register. Seems like you can’t delete from the calendar.

If you want to see absence on days off in Time Card you need to set “Freeday covering” parameter on the absence wage code.

Also important that you tic the box “Adjustable” when you connect the wage code to the absence type.

I have followed the same steps 

Like I changed the Freeday covering in absence wage  code and Made Adjustable tic box as yes 

 

 

after these i tried to apply a leave on rest days likes Saturday and Sunday 

i got absence interval in Time card 

But once after remove Saturday's absence in the time card - Absence calendar is same it didn't changed 

 


Hi,

There are some bugs here regarding absence and free day covering I think… Sometimes you have to remove from Absence register, even if you removed it from Time Card.

Especially when you have absence ONLY on days off. If it is combined with working days and you just shorten an absence for example by removing days off, then it usually works.

 Human Capital Management > HCM Services > Time Management > Absence Management > Absence
