Hi all, Relative newbie company having not long gone live. - First time posting! We’ve been asked a question as to whether it is possible to limit where users can issue stock from? We have a ‘PROD’ location no where we want our users to to issue parts from but, there are other locations which should not be picked from - including ‘IN - PICK’. Ultimately, we want the logged in user to use Manual issue shop order material line to have a limited view as to where they can issue from. massive thanks in advance for any replies.

We are getting an error on a manual supplier invoice where it’s saying the following and we’re not really sure where to look. Any help is appreciated. I have a PO in Received status, and it had been Received/Closed but now it’s hanging in Received. There had been a Pending Change Order that was cancelled. I cannot simply Close. What are some other issues that can prevent it Closing, and how do I fix that?

How can I assign a data source in a Crystal Reports template to an IFS invoice document, if the invoice is divided into several types (e.g., standard, collective) and uses several system reports (_REP)?For example: I prepared a Crystal Reports template for a standard invoice. I modified the "CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP" report by adding my own data. If I want to generate a PDF for a collective invoice, the system requires adding a Crystal Reports template with a connection to the "CUSTOMER_ORDER_COLL_IVC_REP" report. To generate a PDF document using Crystal Reports templates, it is necessary to prepare copies of print templates with data sources for different system reports. Is there a way to handle one template with a connection to different reports? Maybe there is another solution to this problem?

We have a Released RMA with the Credit Chargers lines which has denied by mistake. Now need to Cancel the entire RMA as the user doesn’t need to proceed with it. But system throws an error as the credit chargers are in denied status. Let us know the possible solution to Cancel the entire RMA. Thanks in advance.

Hello all, I have not been able to find the answer in the help section, or through general testing. I am trying to enforce the requirement of a decimal point in a variable analysis entry. We are currently using IFS Apps 10 UPD 22As an example: If the nominal value is 90.5, Outer Min is 90.0, and Outer Max is 91.0, is there any way to force the operator to report the measurement to at least 1 decimal place?The fields appear to be basic numerical entry fields and I do not see any settings for variable that allow you to specific to a certain decimal place. I am not sure if this functionality exists or not, but I am hoping for some guidance. Thank you.

We are getting error like “The repository defined for this document class cannot be accessed or does not exist. please contact system administrator ” in IFS cloud while Uploading\Previewing  the Doc.  Note :- Repository has been set up correctly with correct repository address and Path. And Status also set to be generating. 

Hello,I hope this message finds you well.I am currently facing an issue with Business Reporter and would appreciate your assistance. I am trying to filter accounts that start with ‘6’ and ‘7’. As shown in the attached screenshot, I added a "LIKE" condition in the filter criteria. However, I received an error message indicating that the syntax is incorrect.Additionally, it seems I cannot add multiple rows to define separate filters for each condition.If there is an alternative solution to achieve this filtering, I would be grateful if you could share it with me.Thank you in advance for your help!Best regards,Karim 

Hello,Twice a year we execute a user account security audit to ensure that access to all systems is valid and appropriate.  During the most recent audit, the auditors identified 2 accounts that were inactivated in our Active Directory but had a ‘Last Logged In’ date event recorded on the PERSON record several months after the AD account was inactivated.  Both of these users were configured for OIDC authentication so theoretically once the AD account was inactivated these person records should not have have any Log In/Log Out activity recorded.  The question is whether or not there are any other activities in the system that would have resulted in an incorrect Log In/Out event to be recorded? Thanks,Richard

When exporting selected records from Project Connection screen after waiting for few minutes giving an error.Steps to re-create the issue.1. Navigate to Project Management -->Analysis-->Project Connections2. Query for any project with high volume data3. Try to export all rows and all columns. I can see the solution (System parameter - EXCEL_EXTENSION_MODE) for IFS Cloud.Is there a solution available for IFS APP10 Aurena as well?  

Hi All,Facing an issue with dataset we have loading datasets from FSM to pso every 30 min interval datasets will be loading today we are facing issue like datasets is not loading on schedule board when we select dataset  its always showing waiting for dataset popup we restarted servers but no luck . Kindly suggest what could be the issue?  Thanks,Durga

Hi All,we are receiving request time out error  for all datasets  verified fsm is communicating with port 8744  and also verified DB space but no issue in the db side  not sure always getting request timed out error. Error:The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.9844121. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.Kindly suggest any solution for request timed out. Thanks,Durga

Hi I have upgraded FSM625 V to FSM630 after upgrade  i could not able to install smart client application i am getting below error during installation i did not see any error during upgrade and web client and mobile applications are working fine. Hi,I’m testing Crystal Web Services configuration (IFS Cloud 22R1) and http://localhost/IFSCRWebSetup/Ifs_ReportService.asmx OpenReport test does not work. I have HTTP 500 error in one browser, and this message in the other: Crystal log cannot be started either.How to solve this problem?Regards,Marta Kobosz

We have a custom menu that we use that calls a custom procedure that we wrote in house. Today, in IEE, this menu is setup with a PL/SQL Block that calls our custom package. Does anyone have an idea of how we could do this in cloud?We have a background job that runs today along with this menu item. Could I set it up to call the db task instead? We normally just have the users RMB and then click this menu item and it starts the background job without taking them off of this screen.   

Where exactly should I put define.tem in a customer-solution git repo? If I understand the file's comment correctly, it looks like it belongs at \fndbas\template\fndbas\define.tem, but I know this file is ancient and goes way back to Harvest and probably before. In IFS Cloud, in main_config.json, we have a setting Ifs.OpenJDKVersion. It’s set to 11.0.2 currently in the template file for 24.2.0, and every IFS Cloud version I have has specified that particular OpenJDK version going back to 21.2.4. The documentation says, "Must keep the Default value."OpenJDK 11.0.2 was released in January 2019. This old version has a very long list of vulnerabilities.The latest version in the 11 branch is now 11.0.25. What's the latest value of OpenJDKVersion I can set with IFS Cloud 24.2.0? If it’s not 11.0.25, can you  share with me your impact assessments for the published vulnerabilities in the version you do recommend?

We are in IFS 10 update 22. We are working in the IEE client but I am working on setting up some in Aurnea as well. I am running into an issue with updating the actual object ID on work tasks. We have two companies and three sites. My company 20 has two sites - 210 and 215. I am trying to update the Actual object ID to a serial object out in the field once we figure out which one it is. IEE does not let me update the Actual Object Site at all - or search for the other site. My work order site is even 215, but it will not allow me to update. Work task with site 215 reported object 210. Hello Community,I am looking to use the Request Work Task screen in IFS Cloud because I am trying to get data transferred to MWO. When I go to create a new request, I am unable to select any Request Scope.  Is there somewhere this needs to be setup first or a different screen I should accessing to get to this page? I am just looking to get data setup so that it can be seen in MWO. I have gone through the Demystified PDF but haven’t found a clear set of instructions. Thanks, 

Is the a way to create a custom filter for a page or the entity used by the page ?For example Engineering is not Company or Site specific.  You can see all engineering parts related to all companies and sites.  We have a need to build a filter in based on the company the user belongs to.  Possible using something like the Standard Name Id to build the relationship.   The challenge is how to create a custom filter on the entity or page.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi All,according to this Video (11:05) it is possible to enable RoHS in the ECO-footprint part-information. (APPS 10 ) However, in Cloud 24R2 there is no such an option on the same page.Is it possible that this function is blocked and we need another module?

Is anyone experiencing issues with Shop Orders set to Auto Close intermittently not closing on Manual Receive?We have had a number of instances recently where this has occurred (resulting in a rather expensive assembly being received twice...)Early days of investigation currently but it doesn’t seem to be only one user/part/site and all bar two have Close Code of ‘Auto Close’We are on 23R1.10.Any feedback appreciated!    ThanksLinda
