Can I stop a SUPOA from being pulled into a payment proposal?I don’t want to stop all from pulling in by selecting when creating the proposal, but 1 specific one on a specific supplier account

Since we’ve updated from Apps 10 update 9 to update 22, printing standard report designer reports to a local network printer (i.e. \\printsvr\myprinter) not through a print agent, on the printer we get the error ‘“the appropriate paper size, custom, is not available. Select another paper size, then press ok to start printing.”The user presses OK and it will print. You can hit the preview button instead and print it from within Edge and it works just fine.Is there a way to get the old behavior back?

Hello,I am working on a PM action configuration and need guidance on setting up Work Orders based on two specific triggers:Accumulated Parameter: A work order should be generated when the accumulated parameter reaches a certain threshold (e.g., 5000 units).Limit Parameter: A Work Order should also be generated when a predefined limit is reached. Additionally, when a Work Order is triggered by this limit, the accumulated parameter should be reset accordingly.I'm looking for advice on:How to configure these two parameters in the system to trigger separate Work Orders.The best approach to reset the accumulated parameter when a Work Order is generated due to the limit parameter.Any specific settings or configurations that might be required to achieve this setup.If anyone has experience with similar configurations or can provide a step-by-step guide, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Why SHIPMENT ID doesn’t appear ?  

After changing the display of some fields in list of tasks and saving Screen Settings, some fields disappear from the list of tasks, namely Task Category and Team ID. This is after making the changes and saving the Screen Settings.This is after closing the list of tasks and opening again after having saved the Screen Settings. 

I received the following general message:“An exception occurred in the persistence layer. Please check the server logs for a detailed message and the entire exception stack trace.”Where can I locate the server logs?

Looking for method to add custom attributes to the Inventory Turnover Rate results table and/or adding additional criteria to the Search Criteria attributes.Custom fields on the results table were possible in Apps10 but Cloud uses a Virtual set which doesn’t appear to be possible.Can anyone help? 

Hi PSO experts,The scheduling guide indicates that “A location can belong to more than one region”, please see screenshot below. Unfortunately an example is not given for this scenario.We have a requirement from the client, which indicates that 2 work orders can have the same geographic location but be “tagged” to 2 different regions. The regions are used as a mechanism to group disciplines. Work Order Location Region WOA002 RP0307997

One user is unable to view approval process tab  on the attachment of activity  scope and schedule screen .The user doesn't have the approval process  tab enabled as follows. The user account of this user is having similar permission as another user(sferri) who can see the approval process tab.What can be causing this issue . Could someone point me to where I may find work instructions with examples for IFS site, production line, work center, and routing setup to support visual shop order planning? I see some general structure documentation on these and a few demos explaining new UI for Aurena, but I'd like to understand the optimum way to set up the architecture for our manufacturing sites & lines by referencing a step by step work instruction with some hypothetical examples.

How to setup this type of Purchase Authorization  

We are currently using Apps 10. With the upcoming retirement of a supervisor of Maintenance dept, a technician has been promoted to the supervisor position. Here are the steps we have taken in IFS:Created a new position, S-MAIN, since the previous position is no longer valid. The parent position is PRGM (Program Manager). We used RMB and Generate for this process. In the “Employee” Screen - Assignments tab, updated the position ID for the new supervisor to S-MAIN and set the Valid From date to 7/1/2024. In the Graphical Organization Structure’s maintenance department, added the new supervisor to the “Access” tab. As MT1 and MT2 positions should fall under S-MAIN, I moved these positions from their previous locations to under S-MAIN using drag-and-drop in the Graphical Position Structure. RMB > Genera

(Currently 23R1, but 24R1 in August) In our case we have created a lobby for filtering serials in stock based on attributes, and a link to open "inventory part in stock" based on filter in lobby.When opening “inventory part in stock” from the lobby we want a different page layout with focus on custom fields, not layout in context. Good evening.  I would appreciate help wrt the Access Attribute and Access Roles functionality.  Example - Employment Employed Period.  If you select “Self Access” and the Attribute is Active, does that mean that the Employee is able to for example modify (if you select Modification) their dates or blocked from modifying their dates?  I am logged in as the Supervisor of the Employee but whether I select Self Access or Access to Employee, I am able to see the employment dates of my subordinate; there is no change.  Many thanks.  Anya.

Hello IFS Community, im fairly new in the IFS world, i’m using the DMM tool, we are cloud 24R1 and im trying to migrate suppliers, when adding the Invoice setup into the IDENTITY_INVOICE_INFO table, im getting the following error for all my records“INVOICE_PARTY_TYPE_GROUP validation failed”i know the Group im using exist, but i still don't know what am i doing wrong…your help will be truly appreciated
