In recurring service we can generate request based on cycles. ex: Cycle 1-  4 weeks cycle, Cycle 2 - 8 weeks Cycle

Is there any option in PSO to cluster those request in same cycle and do allocations based on that

What exactly do you want to cluster in PSO? Visits to the same object even if based on different cycles?

company is having different cycles. need to group the request task in the same cycle with different customers in PSO and schedule them accordingly.

This will be hard to achieve in PSO, the only way to incentivize grouping is the on_location and on_locality_incentive, but I don’t think that would work well if you have lots of cycles and customers.

What’s the use case and benefit behind your bundling? Are these customers close to each other? And why would you give the bundling preference over other scheduling goals (high travel cost would implicitly bundle anyway)?

The customers are categorised based on regions.

Truck drivers delivering the orders those generated from recurring service programs of different customer in same region on particular day ( 8 drivers in 20 days) with different cycles. Some customers 1 litre 2 water bottles and 50 ml chemical bottle in each week, some customers 1  litre 2 water bottles, 500 ml another chemical.
