The help documentation seems to suggest that a “Move With Shipment Order” activity should be available from pages ‘Inventory Parts in Stock’ and ‘Handling Units in Stock’, but in the application it doesn’t appear to be possible (nor hidden in page designer) like “Move with Transport Task” is.  Please assist with what I may be missing, thanks!  IFS Cloud Documentation - Move with Shipment OrderIFS Cloud Documentation - Change Inventory Location, Shipment Order ​@Fredrik Johansson LKP

Hi All,Wondering if someone can help me with EDI messages please?I'm currently trying to setup to send messages via EDI to one of our suppliers, I've put the details in Supplier/Message Setup and under Setup Connectivity, but is there anywhere else that I need to enter settings for this to work, every time I go to send the test message, I get this error Message class is wrong or missing.Does anyone have any documentation for how to set this up correctly or can anyone help with it please?ThanksSteve

I’m trying to build a custom projection to allow end users to run queries directly on Customer Info Address. I was hoping that I could link back to the Customer Info record via Entity Associations such that the end user would be able to query properties of the Customer Info record as well, but it defaults to a collection type, when it really should be a single reference, preventing me from using it as an $expand property in the OData service.  Is there a way to adjust this, or am I going about this the wrong way?

We have an order with a single order line with a quantity of 1.  This item is a large metal frame building and will take at least 3 50 FT flatbed trailers to ship.  What is the best way to do multiple shipments against this single line?  I’ve looked into handling units (50 FT trailer) and adding 3 of those to the shipment but I’m not crazy about splitting the line in to .333 of each to add an equal amount to each handling unit.  Wondering if there is a better way to handle this scenario.

Currently, requirement from customer at Poland location is to have fixed currency rate on sales contract for having planned revenue at a single rate and to have daily transaction rate on invoice.For purpose of same, fixed currency rate has been defined in currency rate type which is updated on sales contract and this rate is getting fetched on respective project invoice.However as per Polish local requirements, the Currency Rate on the invoice it should be daily transaction rate based on delivery date defined in Currency Rate type as TRANS_RATE (daily rates being updated).As of now, this functionality is included in Polish localization for Tax Currency Rate of invoice only but not for Invoice amount.Please share best practice to handle this scenario and whether to be part of localization or not.

When entering Project Activities using the following numbering structure, it automatically places the order by grouping the numbers as shown, resulting in 1.10 being listed before 1.2 etc.  Is there a way to prevent this?  1.11.101.111.21.3I want the sequence to be as follows:1.11.21.31.101.11 

I have noticed a significant difference in the way Lobby Datasource page is loaded.Every refresh it retrieves all the available queries in the sudo-selector, and I usually end up waiting a full minutes before the page will respond. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?Is there any solution?

Hello, How can I update data in one column without using UPDATE statement? In this column I have some date values in format for example 01-DEC-24, or 03-JAN-23 but also some NULL values and I want to change those values to null with using SELECT statement, but I am not sure how can I change the data in existing column. My SQL command works but I am not sure if I can update existing column in entity configuration through + icon. Thanks

I got a server error on tag index page and the error has gone after a cache refresh. This is 23R2 environment issue. Here is the error log. Hi, We are experiencing a DB_SWITCH issue similar to another posted earlier and marked resolved except that in our case, there is a minor a minor difference in the error message, instead of ORA-01017 we get ORA-00022. We've tried the solution proposed in the other topic without success, all our accounts are granted connect. The issue is intermittent and after one or more attempts, our users are usually able to get in. Although i say it is intermittent, the error is experienced quite frequently and we have yet to identify the cause for this error. Good day.  When adding Expenses on a TR/Expense Sheet, two of the fields that are available are Price and Quantity: However, when you Add an Expense, nowhere are these fields available to populate: An example of a type of Expense where this would be useful is Accommodation - let’s say 3 nights @ X amount, and for the total to then be calculated. Anyone who can help in this regard? Thank you. Anya

Hi, How to close the Project with open Customer Invoices. These payments are not expected to come or if it comes then Project can be reopen. As of now, requirement is to close the project. Any idea, how it can be done.

In Cloud 24R1,The Employee and Manager Self Service LTU IC15200 provides access to the Quick Clockings Reporter function to Report In - Out Clockings.If a User is allocated an Employee and Manager Self Service LTU licence, would the customer still need to have a Time Reporting Time Clock Licence IC15201 for each user ?  

Good day.  Is it possible to add a note as to why a TR was Rejected?  We have set up Detail Approval on the TR Configuration.  However, once the Manager has approved/rejected the TR, it disappears from the page without being able to provide a reason/note/comment.  Any suggestions in this regard? Thank you. Anya

A sync rule has been created and applied to ensure that all devices reflect the newly designed templates and product updates. I am having the below issue in Edge.  I am up to date on Edge updates.  I have this issue on multiple computers and in all of our environments.  Another user has the same issue and a third doesn’t.  Does anyone know of what may be causing this issue?  I do not have the issue in Chrome.
