Returns Work Order - Out of Operation?

Hi all,
We are having an issue with parts returned back to stock on a Work Order, it automatic goes to “Out of Operations”, I haven’t been able to change it to “In Operations” or change the status prior to returning the part to stock.

Is there an option to fix this? For now we’ve used a repair SQL script, which isn’t the best solution.
