HI everyoneI would like to know if it's possible to block the automatic refresh of a specific lobby.I know that we have the option to refresh automatically but I would like to opposite as I have some lobbies which are quite heavy and we would like to get refreshed only on user demandFYI, we are using IFS 10 Update 9 Thanks in advance

Hi!I was wondering if it is possible to reference an API call to get the default system URL into a link list in a lobby element.My goal is to have our lobby link navigations reference an API that get the environment default such as PROD vs MIGR. So when clicking on a lobby link in PROD, it will take you to the PROD lobby and vice versa. I am using this API for reference:selectfnd_setting_api.get_value('SYSTEM_URL')from dual 

We have recently upgraded from Apps 9 to Cloud. The lobbies have generally been correctly lifted but we have issues with glitches in the funtionality.I wanted to add navigation from a list element to a page using a parameter. No matter what I did to the element, it never recognized a navigation was added. So the URL wasn’t wrong, it just didn’t aknowledge that you could navigate. I tested it on another environment recreating the element, and it worked fine. So, I created a new element with the navigation and added it to the orignal lobby - that worked, and I could now navigate while passing a parameter.A couple of days later I wanted to change the passing of the parameters but no matter what I did, the element didn’t recognize that I was changing the navigation. I even deleted the navigation, and it still navigated passing the parameter.I’ve cleared the cache of the lobbies multiple times, that doesn’t work, I’ve checked for errors in DevTools, it doesn’t recognize any errors.In the en

Hi,In all the lobby data sources I receive the below error pop up. This happens for all data sources carried over from Apps 10 and some existing. I am quite sure the data sources and views are correct. 

Hi I am trying to navigate to the Purchase Requisition Lines screen in my bar chart lobby. I have the x-axis set as the Demand Code: And I would like to click on each bar individually and navigate to the purchase req lines page, and have the demand code filtering already applied. I have tried to include this filtering in the navigation section: However I am getting a type conversion error when I try to test the lobby navigation: “[{"code":"TYPES_NOT_COMPATIBLE","message":"The types 'IfsApp.PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling.OrderSupplyType' and 'Edm.String' are not compatible."}]”which makes me think that ‘DemandCode’ is an enumerated type OrderSupplyType, and $[DEMAND_CODE] is just a string. Is there a way I can cast the value of ‘DemandCode’ to be a string, inside my navigation? This way, i can filter the navigation properly upon the demand code. Thanks,mark

Specifically, our goal is to trigger a Report Designer run with parameters and then retrieve the generated PDF via REST so we can display or store it in our own app. We’re looking for guidance on which REST projections or endpoints in Apps 10 support creating or submitting a print job, monitoring its status, and then accessing the corresponding entry in the Report Archive to download the PDF (ideally as a binary stream or a secure link). If there’s a recommended integration pattern—such as creating the job asynchronously, polling until completion, and then fetching the file—we’d love to follow best practice. We’re actively using Business Opps and recently started investigating using discounts instead of amending the price. We currently use discounts on the customer order lines and are able to enter values with multiple decimal places (we sometimes use 5). However, within business opps lines discounts, it only seems to allow us to enter to 2 decimal places, anymore and it’ll round up.Does anyone know how to override the number of decimal places that can be input within the discount code?E.g.I enter 5.7856IFS updates this to 5.79 LU - BusinessOpportunityLineTable BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_LINE_TAB Some testing:I attempted to enter this value directly into the DB and the output was similar to entering it in the front end. I checked the ALL_TAB_COLUMNS and couldn’t see any strange rounding here and also within the API I couldn’t find any rounding etc.  Any ideas?

Dear All,When creating the interim voucher (R) for the manual voucher (M), the amount in currency and the amount in USD are not updated, and the voucher status shows as 'Error'. We had to run a script to correct the amounts. Currently running on 24R2 SU6, when we review data in the IL Balance Analysis screen, we select an account and click the ‘Voucher Information’ button, which opens a NEW BROWSER TAB and tries to load the IL Voucher Rows Analysis window.Any reason why this one navigation button opens a new tab?I noticed that the breadcrumbs (menu path) that would normally show Financials → Internal Ledger → IL Voucher Rows Analysis only shows ‘IL Voucher Rows Analysis’The screen eventually times out after 5 minutes and does not load data.However, if I navigated directly into the IL Voucher Rows Analysis window and performed a search, the data would load quickly.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi Team, Would really appreciate your advice here. I create  Functional Parameters  but they are is not showing in my BR whatever I try :(Yes I am connecting to same Environment, I refresh ALL Information Sources in BR Functional Param don’t get publish from memory I even duplicate an existing Func Param  but still the new one doesn’t appear. only the old one is visible in BR I even restarted my Laptop … Crazy isn’t it what am I missing here ?  Thanks 

Hi,In App 9 you where able to change/add the National Bank Code when necessary in an easy way. You where able to go to the field National Bank Code and make your changes.  The functionality in IFS Cloud R24R1 you are unable to change/add the Code, which would be the easiest way. Does anyone out there know if the feature is taken away by purpose or is it a mistake that it’s disappeared?Br,Marita  

For customers who have a “ship to” address in their place ID, is it possible to have Requests generated by Contracts pull the ‘ship to’ address in the part needs, instead of the Customer’s default address?

Hello IFS Community, I’m working on a report where the First Page is disabled and I’m using only the Repeat Page.I have a header text that I want to show only on the very first printed page (Red Block-screenshot below) (which is the first Repeat Page), and then hide it on all subsequent pages.How can I achieve this?I’ve tried visibility conditions using functions like GetPageNumber() = 1, CurrentPage() = 1, and PageNumber() = 1, as well as iif(GetPageNumber() = 1, true, false), but the report stops printing when I apply them. I’m on Report Designer 200.3.0001 (IFS Cloud 24 R2). Any idea?

Hello!I’m pretty new to using assystMe and I had a question about how the Keywords work in the Service Designer. I’m running into an issue where the keywords aren’t helping me locate the correct service offering when searching within assyst.I was reading into “The Keywords Tab” section of the wiki page(here: https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-8Wiki/index.php/The_Offerings_Details_Panel_of_the_Service_Designer#The_Keywords_Tab)and it mentions that either the Business Description or Keywords should match the search input. I’ve even tried adding the term directly into the description, but the offering still doesn’t appear in the results. Am I misunderstanding how this search is supposed to work? Or is there a specific format/step I might be missing when setting up the keywords for offerings?Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated! 🙂Thanks
