Hi all,I'm trying to understand the functionality behind the ‘Normal and Collective’ setting for customer order invoicing.We’re currently exploring the use of staged billing for customer order lines but have run into challanges with customers set up for collective invoicing. One option we're considering is switching the invoice type to ‘Normal and Collective’, but I’m struggling to find clear documentation on what this setting actually does, and how it impacts the invoicing process. Can anyone provide some insights?Thanks in advance!  

Hi, does anyone face issues related to long running calls slowing down IFS?It was working fine for a while but since several weeks, we start noticing some long running calls related to the Method GetCountAttachments from the package ObjectConnectionServices.We are on APP10 upd 13 and did not move our UPD for more than a year.We are on full standard and only do change on the customization layer.We only use the following modules: Finance, Project, HR, Procurement, Sales, Document Management.I do not know where to search for this method and or to what it’s related.Any help will be welcome, Thanks. 

hi, I have one doubt related to the Search in IFS CLoud. until versao 10 we had this “advanced search” where it was able to make summaries and group some data in the search, even SQL searchs it was able to do like the exampe below:question:how do I do this same kind of search in CLoud? I’m asking because I dont see this advanced option of search as we had:   thanks

Hi Experts,I have 3 custom attributes(all are NUMBER format) in page ‘Customer’. They are LIST1,LIST2 and LIST3. The corresponding view is CUSTOMER_INFO_CFV. I want to add another custom attribute in work task page as TOT_LIST, which is also a number and should equal to sum of LIST1,LIST2 and LIST3.The corresponding view is  JT_TASK_LIGHT_UIVI know that I have to add a Read only type custom field in JtTask entity. I tried select statement, but was not successful(I can’t perform addition operation in a select statement ?) and then switched to use ‘Expression’ option and I am still not getting anywhere as I see. My sql knowledge is not that good either. Hi Team, This communication addresses a potential inconsistency observed in the inventory valuation of a purchased part, managed under the "Weighted Average" method with "Transaction Base" supplier invoice consideration. As you know there are certain things you cannot change after a record is save.  For example, you cannot change an inventory part’s unit of measure after the initial setting is made. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of things like this throughout the who system???

Hi All,I need to set up a scenario in employee time card as below, Can someone help me to set the rule type and balances etc for this .The employee works overtime one hour in the morning and then takes 2 hrs of  absence in the afternoon. (Work schedule 7:00 - 15:30 ,0,5lunch)) In his reporting absence wage code overtime subtract is “Overtime Reduced” Hence Employees can never be paid overtime until full scheduled time has been fulfilled so the overtime is reduced. The reduced overtime should shown as an information line on the absence wage code. 

I am trying to document the accounting process for my company and am not able to find the business events that trigger the accounting for this. I am able to find APInvoice which has the M93 posting but not the IP5 to hold the liability to creditors.  Has any been able to document this and know the business events to look at ?

It is currently not possible for co-requisite activity groups to be shared by a bucket resource and an individual resource.This would be a useful addition for customers who wish to utilise 3rd party resources for 2 person jobs.Can this be added to a future release of PSO?

Our company is on cloud version 24R2 and we have missing capabilities for our admins. We need access to Data Management > Migration Jobs with permissions sets FNDMIGRATION_JOB (limited access) and FNDMIGRATION_JOB_MANAGER (full access) which I do not see. Issue:‘Parent Organization Code’ does not change, after moving the organization units between other organization units.     Steps:Go to Graphical Organization Structure window. Then you can move the organizational units between other organizational units (you can drag and drop the organizational units). Before doing it, please notice that ‘Parent Organization Code’ of ‘SUB LEVEL 02’ is ‘LEVEL 01’.Then move (Drag and Drop) ‘SUB LEVEL 02’ organization unit to ‘LEVEL 02’. But ‘Parent Organization Code’ does not change to ‘LEVEL 02’. 

Hi All, I’m working with a customer that recently upgraded from Apps10 to IFS Cloud 24.2.3.In Apps10 they were using Repair Work Orders to install moulds/tools in production machines. Now they have a RWO in IFS Cloud:task 12570 - used to issue for repair and move the serial to Inventory task 12571 - should be used to issue the serial and move the serial from Inventory to In Facility As you can see from the Serial Object History, everything worked well to move the Serial Object to Inventory.Now when we try to issue the serial in order to place it In Facility we get the message that Serial Object already exists in the given site, so it cannot be m

I need a way to update the Component Scrap on the Shop Order Material tab when the order is created without user intervention in IFS Cloud.  Currently in Apps9 when we create a Configuration on a Shop Order Customer Order Line, the Scrap Qty is transferred to the creatd Shop Order.  This does not work in IFS Cloud.  Is this possible with a workflow? 

Hi, I need to display the “Account Type” field from the “CRM Info” page (under Customer) on the Request page.  To achieve this, I tried creating a read-only custom attribute in the SrvRequest entity. And I created an Entity Association between the CrmCustInfo entity and the SrvRequest entity using the Customer Id in the Projection Configuration. But CrmCustInfo is not listed in the Reference Entity dropdown of SrvRequest.. I have added the screenshots below.

Hi team,I have equipment whose status is out of operation. However, work orders are still generated using PM action.I would like to know how to stop generating WOs for PM Action when the equipment object status is Out-Of-Operation. Is this functionality possible in a standard system?
