Is there a way to change the date format for the ISO2022 BACS format file?Currently the format works for some Supplier and others it does not.Seems there are 2 different date formats for different suppliers. Successfully processed -  XX: XXX/XXX//040425Failed Transaction - XX : XXXX/2025-06-13/ This is for the  <InstrId> tag

Hi All, When we try to send files from application to FTP server, following error message appear in the application message screen.Caused by: java.io.IOException: Error while writing to file [EDI810_CD18369111827.xml] However, once we change the FTP details (FTP reader) error changed to “Error during file sending Caused by: java.io.IOException: Could not login to FTP(S) server”. Therefore it seems the communication to FTP server working correctly.Note - We can access the FTP from file transfer software (WinScp/Filezilla) to place files in the FTP server using same credentials/details.

Hi Team,We are unable to create new customer; it’s giving the below error as “DNG Customers must be created through Salesforce”The error only coming for Singapore clients and China clients are able to create customer easily. all team belongs to Standards integration and not DNG

Hi All,Are you familiar with a solution that can permanently remove all detached document revisions from the system (Customer is using Applications 10)?Additionally, the deletion process needs to identify and remove documents based on their attached date — specifically, those attached more than five days ago (Attached_Date < SYSDATE - 5). I'm also exploring whether it's possible to separate attachments (e.g., PDF, JPEG files) from BLOB entries in the IFSAPP_LOB table, assuming this is where the documents are stored.Any suggestions on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.Kind regards,Santhushi D.

Hi IFS! Is there a way for IFS users to provide feedback within IFS after successfully completing something? My product team is configuring IFS to enable our end users to complete their work in a better process than before. We would like to capture their feedback on completing their work in IFS right after they successfully complete a something, so that we can get their feedback while it’s fresh in their minds, and can configure IFS to better meet their needs. I am envisioning some kind of side panel, small window, or modal that prompts users to give a brief rating or description of their experience completing their work. Please see below examples to illustrate what I mean. Does anything like this exist today in IFS? Is there anything we can leverage that can meet our need?

I recently attended the IFS Academy training course called “RESTful API Integration Development - IFS Applications 10” which explains how use IFS Connect to build IFS Apps 10 interfaces using restful APIs. I’ve have been trying to apply what I learned but cant get it to work :-( I’m calling a rest API of another platform to obtain some XML data, and then use a callback function to create some records in IFS based on the returned XML data. The Rest API call is working, and is returning the expected XML, but there’s an issue with my Callback function. Here’s what I’ve done so far... I used postman to confirm the URL and parameters needed for the external Rest API.In IFS Connect, I created a Routing Address pointing to that external Rest API, and created a 2nd routing address of type “PL/SQL” which calls “plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Rest_Common_Callback”.I also created an outbound routing rule which links these two routing addresses. I

Hello to all,we are going to update from 23R2 SU17 to 25R1. Now we have a fresh 25R1 installation, and we are testing it on our data. We know resource assignment has been made more flexible, apart from the person resource type, the other resource types are supported in 25R1 and can be assigned to a project activity.To date, our users have utilized the Project Employee Allocations screen to manage these allocations. Now we can see that the Project Employee Allocation screen is discontinued. The same is true with the Resource Shift Pattern Mapping page.Are there any replacements for these two screens in 25R1?Thank you very muchBest regardsAntonin

Hi,When we revoke the approval of the order quotation, order quotation line Revision No is remain unchanged. but when we check the Request Lines History, we can see that the Revision No is captured.  Is this the standard behavior or a bug?  Thank you!

Hi,Is it possible to create a Custom Field (Persistent or otherwise) that is selected via a LoV, and set it up so that only the parts with those Product Codes are visible when a new line is created?Here is the list: When creating a new line in Engineering Part Revision under ‘Consists Of’, it would be great if you could select your Product Code and only see options when choosing a Part Number that has those Product Codes.I’ve created a persistent field called ‘Test’. Why is the production line connected to the calendar as it is already set up for work center? What would happen if I put an “empty calendar” for the production line and the right one is correctly connected for the work center? Please guide me on the steps and requirements to set up IFS Apps10 to auto-generate Work Orders / Tasks for Preventative Maintenance on Functional Objects.We want to auto-generate Work Orders for Slot Machines (Functional Object) in bulk based on PM Actions like eg. Weekly Inspections on a bank of slot machines. Online documentation does not help in terms of the basic data and config and steps required to set this up.

Currently in FSM6 UPD29, users are able to edit notes added by other users in work orders. According to the release notes, the ability to edit or delete work order notes was introduced in FSM6 UPD24. The customer needs to restrict this behavior. What suggestions can we provide?

Hi, when using CTP in customer orders to calculate the delivery date, the system uses calendar days to calculate the purchasing lead times rather than using working days in supplier or distribution calendar.Pls. consider adding an option to either use calendar or working days. If this is is considered to be touched in a future release, consider this as well Additionally consider this if CTP gets touched We are happy to decribe in more detail if needed.  Thanks

Hi, The calculation of the cumulated lead time for purchase parts does not consider any calendar setting. Neither the distribution calendar, nor the supplier calendar nor the external transport calendar in supply chain matrix. Pls. consider making this consistent or parametrizable to use calendar settings if set up in the system. Thanks

Could not find this field to activate history loggin.

As you can see in the picture below, i am logged in the create user view, and i m modifying a user file, the debug console remains empty although i am logged with IFSAPP user.It woks fine on the other standard views, only the admin related views are “Protected”. System Info does not provide any information as well …What exactly is the logic here ? I am super admin, why i can t see the details of the views ? I need this information to get the API for creating events and PL/SQL codes. When i checked on IFS Cloud, this limitation does not exist. So is there something i did not activate properly ?

Hey everybody, I am facing a problem with Excel Add In in IFS Cloud. The search functionality has changed from Apps to Cloud. Eg “%” or “;” doesn´t work anymore (at least it seems). Is there any documentation about search possibilities that can be used? Is there a possibility to use SQL statements in the search bars? Thank you in advance, Johannes

How we can delegate the Create user and Approved user same in GL Vouchers.We have setup N voucher setting as follows and created mix payment.   But we get same user as Entered by and Approved by. Is there way of getting 2 different users here. Please advice on this.
