Hello,

We have been having issues with Intrastat. We found that the invoice numbers would not populate due to a time zone problem. We are a global company and we are primarily in the us/eastern time zone. We found that the invoice id would not populate due to mismatch due to time offset and local/UTC interpretation. I was wondering how people may of gotten around with this problem?

Thanks.

In the database, we found that the data parameters are generated based on system local time or UTC-adjusted time. We are having an issue where On the screen Intrastat, Invoice No field no longer fills automatically. We found this was due to Depending on how date_time_created_ is defined, Oracle may treat the parameter as UTC-based while ch.creation_date is stored in local time US/Eastern(-04:00).
This can make Oracle think the record does not satisfy the condition, even though both fall on the same calendar date (22-Nov-2024).

This seems to be an issue for companies that operate in multiple time zones. I was wondering if there was any functionality regarding time zone set up?
