We are trying to change tax code for some purchase order lines with no no part and getting the below error when running the migration job ,is there any other way to update this field please

It seems that the user who is executing this migration job doesn’t have access to the contract/purchase site of the purchase_order_line_nopart.
Screen in IFS: Sites per user
