Hi, we were surprised to realize that the standard HR LTU Licence provides access to the view “Employment Information” without any restriction. This view provides the global list of all our employees along contact data. That’s obviously a breach of data protection rules and as it is linked to LTU licence we cannot block it at permission set level. So is there a parameter somewhere that we may have forgotten or activated that provides such extensive data access ?In the below picture I’m logged with such LTU licence and i could fetch information from any company, not only the one I’m assigned with. 

When I create a task for a follow up for myself, it doesn’t trigger a notification on the notification panel. User will need to go to Tasks to see it. If someone else is assigned, the notification will be triggered.  Is this a known limitation (Customer version is 24R2)?

 Encountered an issue when running a scheduled quick report in IFS Cloud 24R1. When the report is sent as an email attachment in Excel format, it contains extra spaces around the cells (except for the header row). Hello,We are using DOP for configurable manufactured parts. We want to manage the configuration of a lower-level component outside of DOP structure. However, it seems that even if the sub-component doesn't have a DOP configuration profile, the system still generates a requests from the DOP header.Does anyone have experience with this or a potential solution?" Thank 

I got this error trying to move into stock after Register Arrival. All serial parts are in stock. I can not see that there are anything wrong with basic data for Inventory Part ether.Is there anyone how has had this error and found a solution?Thanks, Anders 

Community, Would like to borrow your mind. We have been suffering from below discrepancy of product cost, and we are looking for best practice.Below is out situation:1. Company uses Standard Cost.2. Engineering release product new revision pretty frequently, i.e. multiple times within a month, but Standard cost review is far longer than engineering release time span.Dilemma:when doing standard cost review, products sitting in inventory sometimes have huge inventory cost discrepancy between inventory product cost and current standard cost. for example, on Apr.1, 2025, engineering release a new engineering revision 10 and transferred to the inventory revision 10, with a standard cost $100 updated in system on Apr.1, 2025.  The product currently in stock might manufactured under product revision 6, which inventory stand cost might be only $50.It is also an opportunity, if the revision 6 product shop order received after Apr.1, 2025, system

Hi,Using FSM6U13, PSO 6.7.0.30We are currently having some issues understanding the schedule status in FSM. On the task, as my understanding, the scheduling status should be changed based on the status in PSO. However, we are currently experiencing a lot of the tasks that are open have no scheduling status in the task table. Is there any smart way to troubleshoot this particular issue?

What customer facing portals are available for customers to log in and view open requests. etc? I'm specifically looking at a portal that is for Service Maintenance in IFS Cloud 25R2 and above.  I know one exists for Service and Maintenance for use on work orders, but I'm unsure on the Service Management and Request side of things. 

In Apps 10 Enterprise explorer we would like users to be prompted to enter some of our custom field when they create an MRB case using the wizard on the Quantity in stock right mouse button to create an MRB case. Is this functionality available in Apps 10 or will Aurena all you to do this in Apps 10?

IFS help, https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/25r1/MaintainInventory/AboutMovingPartsInMaintainInvent.htm, describes different scenarios for moving parts within the same or across different companies .The transport task allows to move from one site to another with different companies involved.  This creates COMPM-IN and COMPM-OUT transactions.As I consider different companies as different legal entities, I expect this kind of intercompany trade also triggers an invoicing flow.How is this invoicing flow handled in the system for the transport task scenario?

hello, I want to link to the Aurena “Equipment Object Navigator” with an expanded view of a structure and store that URL on the objects in our BIM.It almost works, however, the Aurena ÙRL’s become extremely long and cryptic! like 1700 characters! IFS Aurena client version: 10.24.*How can we understand and simplify and calculate the Aurena URL for objects and the Equipment Object Navigator?Thanks! 

Question for you all.  The help videos in the scope tool tell you how to manually add CRIM items but how do we manually add customer requirements?  The scope tool manual doesn't tell you either. I am welcome to all ideas!  Thanks!

Hello,In IFS Cloud 23R2, we have a scenario to create condition-based PM action to generate Work Orders for objects based on run hours. We are using Accumulated parameter for this scenario. When we update either the ‘New Reading Value’ or the ‘New Delta Value’, the last recorded value is not updated automatically. When we regenerate the plan, it sometimes gets updated and sometimes it does not update. The ‘Plan out of sync’ is set to True in this scenario and doesn’t allow to generate the work order. Do we need to Regenerate the Plan every time a measurement is entered for an object? Is there a reason, even after regenerating the last measurement value is not being updated? Any inputs would be appreciated.Thank you! 

Our PM Plans were setup wrong during implementation and have caused a headache with demand planning.  This is going to be a very large project to clean up.However, we still want to us Min/Max order points.  However, the demand is throwing off the reorders.Is there a way to ignore demand and just use the Min/Max just based on what we have on the shelf.So, I want a part to have a 2/4 min/max.  When we hit 2 on the shelf, initiate a purchase requisition to get back up to 4.  Ignoring all demand out there on work orders, etc.

Hi, We have serialized shop orders (for Lot Size = 1), but one operation may take a few days to complete. With Shop Floor Workbench, we are trying with daily reporting of labour time and quantity. However, the system is not allowing to report a partial quantity reported when it is serialized. Not sure why as we’re not receiving fractional quantities - but merely reporting it so that the system knows the labour time and quantity each day (main objective is so that MSO will adjust the schedule).How does IFS expect to report daily quantity complete when the operations take days to complete and the part is serialized? TIA 

I'm on APP10. In the Resource Analysis view,  the bars in the stacked bar chart are divided into 2 parts: the chosen project and everything else combined. So, if you select ≥3 projects, you won't be able to distinguish all projects by colour coding.Is it possible to show the resource allocation of all projects associated with a resource group in APP10? How about Cloud?
