Hi All,

We are currently testing a Contract Change Order (CCO) scenario and have observed the following behavior:

  • A Parent Contract Change Order has been created, with a connected Sales Contract Change Order and Subcontract Change Order as sub-orders.

  • From the Sales Contract Change Order, revenue values are updated correctly in CCO Financials – This Order tab.

  • From the Subcontract Change Order, cost values are updated correctly in CCO Financials – This Order tab.

  • Profit is updated as expected in CCO Financials – This Order tab.

However, when the Parent Contract Change Order is connected to the Project Forecast, the updated revenue and cost values are not reflected in the Forecast Cost and Revenue tab. Ideally, the ETC Contract Change Order base values should be updated in both the Cost and Revenue sections of the Project Forecast.

Could you please advise if there are any additional steps, configurations, or best practices required to ensure these updated values flow correctly into the Project Forecast?

Thanks in advance for your guidance and support.

Best Regards,
Navoda
