Hi All, Could anyone advice on this request: >Can we delete the salary data from IFS Application 10 (from the entire system), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.>This is to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of Germany/Europe.>What is the standard process that deletes this data? >The reason is to comply with EU data protection laws, for example, the salary data for employees who have left the company should be deleted. Please advice how other companies comply with this regulation. 

I would like to understand what drives input for In & Out time on time card as shown below, My understanding is it takes data from Day type, we have 24 hour clocking so we’ ve below day type setup,Also, when I create absence request, system considers 2 days even when I register for single day; could you please advise what should be the correct setup to avoid this ?(In out timings on time card and vacation for 1 day)

Greetings Community, IFS 10 UDP16 - IEEWe are using “Public Holiday Compensation Schedule” assigned to each employee (“Employee Schedule and Rules”).  A question came in from HR….  What drives (triggers) WHEN the Holiday (Value Type = Fixed) is inserted on an employee’s time card?  I’ve looked in all the usual places:  Schedules DB Tasks,  Company Details, ….Thanks and Happy Holidays!

We’re trying to check that we’ve completed our organization structure and position access correctly,   We have an employee to think is setup correctly but when we look at My Employees from the Lobby, the field is blank.Is there a setting that we’re missing that controls whether or not “I” can see my employees?Thank you

Hi all, can anyone help us to remove this warning message?Employees are not able to clock time in IFS. HR has already reviewed all pertinent fields, and we do not know what the issue is. Could you please assist? 

HelloFor a client in IFS V10, I’d like to put calendar with flexibility and Over time everyday. At the end of the week, if the sum of Attendance is the normal one, no over time if the sum is more than Attendance than it’s over time.For exemple, if the employee does 6am to 4 pm all the day, at the end of the week he as done 5 hours of over time. Whereas if he does 6am to 4pm Monday, and 7am to 3pm Tuesday, and the others 6am to 3 pm, at the end of the week he has done his attendance. Sorry for my English, hope someone can help me. Best regards

Hi,Not sure if I am missing something, but Apps10 has the below options when creating a new Word Template Definition: In IFS Cloud (version 24.1.6), only the Employee option is available: Any ideas?  We have a prospect wanting to send Merge documents to applicants Any assistance Appreciated!

Our company give the employee 112 hours of absence which is accrued on a daily basis throughout the year.  We have an employee who starts on 12/9/24 and we’re double checking the calculation of the Available Limit (hours) and cannot validate the number.  Is the method that is used to calculate this number known?We’re using 112/365 to get .3068 hours per day and the multiplying by 23 to get 7.057 hours is showing a value of 6.925.  There is a discrepancy.  Does anyone know the underlying formula?

I am not seeing the Organisation Tree for some Employees in the Supervisor Access Setup window.  Does any one know what could be the reason for this?

Hi  Is there any chance to delete Day off absence from the absence calendar  in Absence calendar you see it’s on the Saturday and Sunday, but it won’t display in Timecard so we can never remove it: And as we cant remove the block from these days we are then not able to add in another block out

Good day.We are still battling with an error that we get when trying to modify/edit a Travel Request Option that has been registered.  Specifically, when the TR created is done through the “New Travel Request - Admin” page for an Employee more senior than me.We have added various TR Access Attributes to the Access Role assigned to me, but we still get the same error:I have HR Application Manager Access, and Permission Sets have been checked as well.I would appreciate any suggestions as to what else we can possibly do to resolve this issue.Thank you.Anya 

When you run the 'Create Absence Next day' in the background, it checks for any 'existing absences or clockings'. If such records exist, the ongoing absence process will get terminated.In a reported issue, the database background job 'recalculated days for calculation formula' results to stop the ongoing absence as it results in a calculation for Sundays and Sunday get completed. Unfortunately, this leads to the ongoing absence process being stopped.The customer is looking for a solution that allows the ongoing absence process to continue without being terminated or disrupted by such recalculation/background job tasks. 

My employee is trying to save his travel request but receives the below message. 

Hello,We are using Apps 10, UPD13. We are having an intermittent issue in Time Registration.  We use Time Registration, we do not use Clockings.  But Work Task Clockings are being created and causing errors.  Does anyone have any experience with this issue?  We don’t want clockings created and we don't know how/why they are being created.  It doesn’t happen all the time; it doesn’t happen to all users.  It happens intermittently for some users.  The problem is that at some point, there is an error message indicating the clocking has to be deleted.  The user entering the time doesn’t see the error.  The coordinator checking the time sheet sees the error.Error Message: Transactions originating from clockings must be deleted from Work Task Clockings. Since we don’t know how the clocking is being created, we don’t know how to prevent it.   Thank you,Joann

Searching for a way to accrue vacation based on hours worked as opposed to time period from start date. Is this possible, or are there any advanced rules that can be built to achieve this?    Thanks in advance. 

Is there any way of calculating the capacity to manufacture workforce with the HR calendar and HR cycles that are not Day Dependant ?  For instance a cycle like that, : for example, a cycle like this, with a volume of hours But when we start the event of calculing the capacity, we have the same error “The Use HR schedule box is ticked, but it is not used with a valid programme”. Is there a simple solution ?Thanks for advance

Is there way to remove a terminated employee or customer contact from the list of values in Cloud?  We have tried blocked and hidden options on the user.  When using initials in a field, the use doesn’t appear, but when using the find feature for the LOV he does.  We would like to be able to alleviate past, inactive users/ contacts from the LOV’s.   

Occasionally, the Authoriser is unable  to authoriser an Expense Sheet as the error below appears. The Pattern for when this appears, seems to be if the Employee has deleted an expense line, or other changes made such as Changed of Cost, Project or ORG Code.  I have looked and access seems correct - and sheet has the correct information.  Can any one help, why this error is appearing - Seems some issue in the background - for when a change is made on a sheet   

Hi All,When employees are applying for absences, it is mandatory to attach a supporting/proof document for the absence type of Medical Leaves. For the other absence types, it is not mandatory. Do we have any standard core functionality in IFS cloud to make attachments are mandatory for specific absence types when absence registration.Regards,MalinG.
