If I use this attribut, may the employee see the Absence et the time ? I want to create a role that can only see the absence and the time of his colleagues without having to authorize it.

With this attribute you are giving the possibility to register time and absence and to approve an absence plan.
You might want to create another attribute access without the possibility to register time and absence.
You could remove the toggles below to restrict to view only:
