I noticed an issue regarding the Time Registration and Employee Result Screen.

 

Wage Code:

  1. Created OT time in time registration screen
  2. This was automatically transferred to the employee result screen
  3. I deleted the OT time in Employee Result Screen 
  4. The OT time was automatically removed from the time registration screen

Work Order/Task:

  1. I created a Work/Task time in time registration screen
  2. This was automatically transferred to the Employee Result Screen, under wage code 'REG'
  3. I deleted the REG time in the Employee Result Screen
  4. But when I checked in the Time Registration screen my Work/Task entry was still visible.


Any reason why this is?

Hi,

A report on a work order generates attendance time in employee result on a wage code if the employee has Job hour based time registration.

After that time is generated as an attendance result it is not “connected” specifically to that WO report. If you add more hours on another work order it will add to the attendance time (depending on what setting you have in Time registration time base) this time is summarized - there is no way the  system can know which work order to remove time from if you change the attendance result.
