Hi all,
We need to allow eomployee to change their company information (for example phone or mail)
when the employee create a change request does not have the possibility to switch off Private into Communication Method Connection.

Can you tell me where to enable for the users that flaG?

@Ivanoman : Yes, Private flag can be switched-off. I have checked at my end and it works fine

@Ivanoman I don’t know much about HCM, but I did a quick check in PAge Designer, and I can see that field is editable only if Allow Company Datails is not Yes.

I’m not sure what this means from a functional perspective, but maybe someone with HCM knowledge could guide you further based on this input.
