Hi, I try to add “Contact Widget” into a page using Page Designer.Can anybody here help me with it? How can I do it?I’ve testet it and I can not see, what I do wrong:In SalesQuotation page we have standard IFS field “Salesperson” - this contains Contact Widget.When I copy/paste this field - the widget is also in the new field.When I add a new field (from scratch) - and set up exactly as the standard Ifs field - the widget does not appear.What attribute controlls this? Br. HI Expert, I'm in the process of creating a custom LOV filtration. there I added new custom LU to hold  some basic data, where you can match object level and object types, I have added a fndboolean field to set the record status as allowed or not   Then I  Created a reference field to this LU in Functional object entity, now I'm going to add that as a lov field in the functional object page and filter based on the object level attached to the functional object (This works perfectly) additionally I want to filter the LOV based on the Allowed toggle button, as soon as i add that into data source addgreget ref I'm getting the below error.

Hi all, I previously had a topic on this, which lead to looking into the NLS settings, but unfortunately not found a solution yet. So hope someone has some valueable input for this.We have a scheduled database task for the Supplier Payment Proposals, in which we use a “substitute variable”, being Start of Next week. However, the created Proposal, has start of next week as Sunday, and not as Monday.When i manually create a Supplier Payment Proposal, it does take Monday as the First Day of Next Week.   We have changed the NLS Setting for the Database Processes to Danish, set the Database Settings to Danish as well as the Server settings. But nothing seems to have any impact on the scheduled database tasks behaviour.

I am trying to clean up our Application Messages as it appears we have cancelled messages going back to 2016.I have found a Database Task to help do this. If i perform this task will it remove all the old Messages in Cancelled Status over 24 hours old?  

Is it possible to block the wanted delivery date in the customer order when the status is changed to “Started”?

Hi,I am investigating an issue with the usage of quick report-based projections in the BPA.Initially, the BPA fails to retrieve data from quick report-based projections, showing the error: “Failed to retrieve metadata due to internal error.”It appears the quick report needs to be executed at least once through the user interface before the projection data can be accessed.Is there any known workaround for this behavior?

Hi,When I click SHARE->PRINT ORDER CONFIRMATION en my production environment, it takes 15 seconds to open de print option screen and even more if I chose to preview.I did the same validation on TEST environment, and it is almost instantaneous. I am short of ideas, disabled all rules, disabled custom field options, use custom configuration. I even add one me ifsapp-reporting and ifsapp-client containers. Nothing changes. It seems there is something wrong with customer order screen (metadata).IFS Cloud Web version: 23.1.5.20230907071950.0IFS OData provider version: 23.1.5.20230906081606.0  

Hello,  I want to edit the name of a column in several of our reports. In the name of the column, the Euro sign is hardcopied and I want to remove this. How do I do this? I looked in Report Designer, but I cannot find the field where you can edit the description of a column. 

In the technical documentation it is possible to download the "Entity Changes" excel list to use when upgrading.Example:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r2/070_remote_deploy/040_upgrading_system/025_planning_upgrade/190_entity_changes/It is only a list from the current version from the previous so you need to have one list per step you upgrade.Technical documentation for IFS Cloud is only available from 22R2 at the moment so it is not possible to get the list for the first versions of IFS Cloud.We are upgrading from Apps9 to IFS Cloud so we can only download:From 9--> to 10From 22R1 --> to 24R2We miss the steps between Apps10 --> 22R1How do we get hold of the entity changes between those versions?

In our project we have many page configurations, with several different contexts for the same page. Sometimes one of the contexts shows that it is “Behind” but when Open Designer is clicked the page does not show the Rebase Pane.What could be the reason for this?Note that we also have configurations to the global context, and that one has been set to rebased so it shows up to date. The other contexts should show their status based on the modified “global” context is my understanding.See screenshots. 

Apps10.We have a fairly simple lobby element that works fine until we add a GROUP BY entry for it.  As soon as that is done we get a “not a group by expression” error when previewing or trying to use the element. We have tried changing the data field and the data field types but the same error every time.We have tried doing this with no Order By, just the Group by, and the error remains.I’m sure it’s something simple but can’t figure it out - anyone have any ideas?Thanks!Nick

Hello IFS Community,In previous versions of IFS, specifically IFS9 and IFS10, I was able to generate the knownhosts.txt file using a command like the one below:java -cp C:\IFS\jars\ifs-fnd-connect.jar;C:\IFS\jars\jsch-0.2.17.jar ifs.fnd.connect.ftp.SftpClient -CreateKnownHosts=c:\ifs\knownhosts.txt -hostname=vvvvvv -username=vvvvvv -password=vvvvvvv One key difference I’ve noticed now is that, in the past, the paths in the command referenced JAR files located in the IFS Home directory, specifically under the repository folder.However, in IFS Cloud 24 R1, there is no IFS Home directory, and consequently, the repository folder containing these JAR files no longer exists. This creates a challenge because when I attempt to run the same command using -cp, I receive the following error message: 

Hi Experts,I have a basic question regarding generating Excel file output from IFS Cloud table data.We’ve already developed a customization that writes the table data into a CSV file using a CLOB and the Plsqlap_Server_API.Post_Outbound_Message method.Now, there’s a new requirement to generate the output in Excel (.xlsx) format instead of CSV. Since I’m still new to IFS Cloud framework and integrations, I’d like to check whether this is achievable through a customization or if there’s a standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) way to handle this.Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have inter-site orders where the purchase order has been cancelled as required but the customer order has not been cancelled first. When we now go to cancel the customer order it does not allow as i get the error message:Is there a way to cancel the customer order down. I thought i could change status of PO and then cancel order line and customer order before cancelling PO but i can not change anything on the PO as it is cancelled.Kind RegardsMick
