Hi,

I have a problem; I am on APPS10 and in a custom event I need to get the Employee’s supervisor email address. I used the function posted below and it works OK but it doesn’t when the status of the Employee is PRELIMINARY, only when it is LIVE. 

Does anyone know a workaround?
