IFS Cloud - Forgot IFSAPP and IFSADMIN password

if it’s IFS managed cloud installation you can request these passwords from IFS cloud services but if it’s a remote installation you’ll need to install the MT server again.

IFS cloud’s user authentication source is not the database hence changing the database account passwords will not work here 

If any process to reset the password for ifs application user is there for IFS managed cloud then it must work for remote installation.
Why we need to re-install the MT server again?
Is there any difference other than IFS is managing one or the remote is managed by the client?  

Hi ​@sashikant, did you figure out how to change the IFSAPP and IFSADMIN (application user) passwords? We have the same issue here, and there are no other users created, because we’ve just installed it.
