I would like to know how to mimic someone's profile in Cloud like we can in Apps10 via Options>User Profile>Administration Options. IMPERSONATE USER has been added to our Admin System Privileges in IFS Cloud but not sure how to actually use this function to mimic someones profile.
Thank you for the help.

Hi,
If single sign on is enabled and if you need to login to aurena as some one else then you should be able to do that by adding your e mail address to directory id of some one else account. Then you log on to the profile of that person. You are using the login of that person.
Yes , you Can
01- Go to the User who want to IMPERSONATE
02- Turn on “Enable Default IDP”
03-Save
04-You will get a Side Popoup to Enter Passward and Confirm
05-Done
06-Login with Email and Passward [ No Single Sign on]
@hrdilshan I followed along and didn’t receive a popup. Can you give me a more depth way on how I can do this?
Thank you,
Nyriq
The pop up is just to set the password for the default IDP.
Just make sure it looks like the above.
Enable Default IDP must be set to true, then click “set Password” at the top (which is the password for the default IDP connection, not anything to do with single sign on).
You can then log in into cloud using the Directory ID and the Default IDP password, without clicking the blue single sign on button :)
@SimonTestard so basically it’s just changing the user’s password? I just want to make sure I’m fully understanding what’s happening
Thank you, Nyriq

Yes, which should have no impact on your user if they’re using SSO to log in themselves, they’ll still be able to log in using SSO, this password is just to log in using the default IDP :)
